Lovely old home
Pros:

The location was good; close to historic center. The house has many beautiful arquetectural features. The beds are compfortable. The staff was very friendly.

Cons:

The room had no window, so no fresh air. There is a roof top terrace but is not comfortable. Also to reach the terrace must climb 3 very steep set of stairs. The kitchen was very poorly equipped .

Muy buena estancia
Pros:

La habitación era súper cómoda con una zona kitchenette y una terraza así que hasta pude disfrutar del atardecer. Está en una calle muy cerca de la zona céntrica y también del mirador. La relación calidad-precio era excelente. Muy recomendable. Querétaro es una ciudad muy bonita.

Cons:

Mi habitación era en la primera planta, lo que no fue un problema para mí pero puede serlo para algunas personas con dificultad de movilidad así que casi es el caso, se puede pedir habitaciones en la planta baja.

Great location, with helpful and reliable staff that makes the hotel a safe & comfortable stay!
Pros:

We loved the friendly, helpful, and reliable staff! We don't speak nor understand much Spanish, and some of the staff didn't speak/understand much English. There were also at least 3 different guys doing shifts at the front desk, so we were afraid things would get lost in the chain of communication...but it didn't! Someone did open the door for us at almost 02:00 AM in the morning when we arrived, and someone also unlocked the door for us to leave at 05:00 AM in the morning to go to the airport. The cleaning lady was very nice as well.

The staff also did a good job keeping the hotel safe: they started closing or locking the gate/main door of the hotel after a certain time each day. There seemed to be always someone there at the front desk, keeping guard.

The location was the best! It's very close to walk to Plaza de Armas, restaurants, bakeries, convenient stores, and even a traditional market! There was a lot of good food and snacks to try, and good places to see or to do within walking distance from the hotel.

The free water provided was also very nice and appreciated, especially for a family with small children like us!

The size of the family/Master room is very generous! And we loved how mini fridge and microwave and utensils were provided in the little kitchenette also.

And the beds/mattresses were quite comfortable. The whole room was quite comfortable: not too hot, not too cold, so we didn't need to use any heater or fan (we visited in mid February). We were very impressed.

Oh, and the roof terrace was also such a nice bonus! We enjoyed good music coming from the restaurant a couple doors down at night there on the roof terrace. We also enjoyed a nice view of the historic district at sunset from the rooftop terrace. Even the kids loved this space.

Cons:

Nothing much, really. Maybe just the bathtub upstairs and the chairs could use an update/replacement at some point (the bathtub just looked discolored and some of the chairs seemed to have sharp/poky objects in certain spots), but everything was still functional with no major flaws, so overall they're still okay.

Great place amd vicinity for its value
Pros:

The proximity to central downtown. The Concierge were always nice and helpful. The room was a nice size with adequate amenities.

Cons:

Bed wasn't to my liking, based on personal preference, for my back issues. There was some minimal leaking from ceiling when rainfall is heavy.

El mejor lugar para quedarse en Querétaro
Pros:

El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado. Justo en el centro de la ciudad. Las habitaciones están limpias y cómodas. La vista desde la terraza es bonita. El personal es muy atento y servicial, siempre dispuesto ayudar. Un alojamiento muy seguro.

Mi estancia fue buena, la limpieza de la habitación se hace de forma diaria
Pros:

Es un espacio muy cómodo para viajes de trabajo, la cocina es muy útil si tienes tiempo para cocinar, esta muy bien equipada, hacen limpieza de la habitación de forma diaria y el personal es muy atento, cuentan con vigilancia 24/7

Cons:

Si bien cuentan con espacio para estacionarse en un estacionamiento a la vuelta, no es propio y además de que si tienes un vehículo grande tipo camioneta no entrara y deberás dejar el auto en la calle pero la zona es bastante segura,

Good location
Pros:

Location was very good, there were many cafes and restaurants around to choose from. Great if you are driving because parking is included!

Cons:

The suite we stayed at had a kitchenette, but it did not have kitchenware, only a few dishes and silverware. I even had to ask for a coffee maker.

Good location
Pros:

Stuff was all very friendly and helpful

Cons:

Hair dryer in my room was half broken and security box was also broken and couldn’t use.
There is a resident next to the hotel and they were playing music loudly every night until 11pm or midnight ( on weekends) so it was very noisy every night.

Excelente lugar en el centro de la ciudad, gran opción si lo que quieres es caminar y conocer el centro. El estacionamiento está a unas cuadras pero es fácil y cómodo.
