According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

2 pontos fortes que me prejudicou, primeiro o ar condicionado extremamente barulhento do quarto 905, e outro que achei o fim do mundo é ter que pagar para estacionar
Experiência do Check in foi péssima.
Chegamos um pouco mais cedo e um atendente nos olhou de cima a baixo e nos perguntou o que queríamos. Perfumamos se poderia fazer o check in mais cedo e ele nos disse: “pode, mas é pago”. Nós ficamos muito assustados com a falta de receptividade ao chegar. Não recebemos nem um “boa tarde”. Não teve orientação de Wi-Fi, nem café da amanhã. Nunca vivi experiência tão ruim.
Ao final do checkout, esqueci um item no hotel. Ao entrar em contado, a surpresa: nenhum telefone funciona, não consigo resolver meu problema, nem tenho resposta do hotel. Até agora, sem resposta.
