Top Hotel mit unaufdringlichem Luxus
Pros:

Wir waren schon zum wiederholten Mal in den Egerner Höfen. Das Hotel ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Nach der Renovierung zeigt es sich sehr modern, dennoch traditionell. Der Wellnessbereich ist top, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück ist tadellos. Man kann im Hotel auch gut abends essen, die Speisen sind ideenreich zubereitet. Die Standard Zimmer sind zwar klein, aber gut durchdacht und gemütlich. Selbstverständlich hat das Hotel seinen Preis, die Qualität ist es aber wert.

Kleines feines Hotel

Cons:

Der turn Down Service wurde vergessen. Ist dann auf Bitten um 22:30 Uhr nachgeholt worden.
Obwohl wir seit einigen Monaten häufig zu Gast in den Egernerhöfen sind und immer eine Junior Suite buchen, wurde uns für einen Late Checkout von 3 Stunden 315 € berechnet.
Das ist war nicht sehr kulant…

Cons:

Diesmal kein Turn Down Service in der Junior Suite
Erst auf Nachfrage um 22:30 Uhr kam dann jemand.
Für 3 Stunden Late Checkout, 315 € berechnet. Für Gäste, die in der letzten Zeit so oft kamen und immer nur eine Junior Suite buchten - nicht kulant.
