Pros:

Es war wunderschön und uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen - Essen, Spa, die Ausstattung, sehr aufmerksames Personal, etc.

Cons:

Das Einzige was wir bemängeln würden ist der überteuerte Außenparkplatz, der nicht inklusive ist für Hotelgäste.

Bei diesem Standard kann ich nichts besonderes nennen.

Cons:

Kleines Zimmer, wo es in der Nacht beim offenem Fenster nach Küche roch.
Das Personal zwar bemüht und geschult aber einfach nicht gut genug für ein 5 Sterne Tophotel in Bayern.

Schönes Hotel in sehr guter Lage

Sehr schönes Zimmer mit Balkon, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, sehr schöner Frühstücksraum, Lage vom Hotel, Tiefgarage, guter Kaffee und frische Säfte, Bett ist sehr bequem

Cons:

Aufzug war langsam und bei voller Hotelbelegung viel zu klein, am Nachmittag konnte man wegen Überfüllung den Spa und Wellness Bereich nicht nutzen, Salat in der Mittagskarte am späten Nachmittag war leider nicht so wie erwartet (war schon öfters bei Ihnen Mittags essen - und ich war sonst immer sehr begeistert), Geräuschkulisse von anderen Gästen abends / nachts im Zimmer zu hören (Schlaf daher nicht so erholsam)

Wunderbares Hotel für ein verlängertes Wochenende in zentraler Lage.
Pros:

Schöner heller Frühstücksraum,reichlich am Büffet. Toller Barbereich und ein aussergewöhnlich schöner Spabereich.

Cons:

Zimmer im Bereich Garderobe und Bad eindeutig zu klein.

Excellent!!
Pros:

The room and bed were incredibly comfortable, the spa was amazing, and the staff were excellent. Easy garage parking, and great bathroom lighting, which, as a woman, I truly appreciate.

Cons:

Wish the outdoor pool was bigger.
