I liked the location and the comfort of the room and beds

Cons:

I didn't like being on the 2nd floor with the only way to get to the other floors by elevator. I also didn't like that my refrigerator wasn't working. I called the front desk about it but all of my food went bad. It was never fixed.

Pros:

The hotel was clean and the staff was very nice

Cons:

My stay could have been better but the room we stayed in the bathroom was linking brown water from the ceiling the whole stay and they were supposed to compensate , but I haven’t seen or heard from them since we left.

Hotel check every box it should have.
Pros:

Clean hotel through and through. All staff from front desk, housekeeping, restaurant crew etc. all friendly and professional.

Cons:

Parking was tight but completely understandable considering this is a beach strip location.

Generally a very nice place with a good location and great staff. I would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

The staff was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Even though I arrived early they repeatedly apologized for not having a room ready. I was still able to get in before actual check in time. Everyone I dealt with during the stay was very polite and courteous.

Cons:

The only real drawback to me was the fact the balconies are not private. I’d prefer to have a hotel where I can sit and look at the ocean while drinking my morning coffee in peace and be separated from the neighbors.

Overall, it was a wonderful stay.
Pros:

The location is wonderful, right on the beach. Staff is very friendly. Our room was comfortable and very big.

Cons:

We had a cockroach in our bathroom.

Pros:

Cons:

I didn’t like that you were able to enter the facility through the garage and gain access into the hotel without using your key.

Perfect location on the boardwalk - you can hear the ocean
Pros:

Our first and not our last stay at the Courtyard. Location was perfect. Staff from the front desk receptionists to Savannah in the restaurant were all very nice. I requested late checkout when we checked in as a Bonvoy Gold member and it was honored which helped us to enjoy our last sunny day there.

Location: Fantastic. On the boardwalk at 15th street with excellent view of the beach. In the ocean front room, we could hear the waves inside the room with the door open. Nice to sit on the balcony to watch the people and the ocean.

Rooms: Recently remodeled, the rooms are modern, clean, and fresh feeling. Bed was comfortable. Microwave, refrigerator (no freezer), flat round coffee filter coffeemaker in the room, desk/chair, small couch that pulls out to a bed (can fit 2 people on the couch), footstool. Small balcony with two chairs. Some shade from balcony above. It would have been nice to have had a small table. Sliding door with screen. Blackout curtains. Our room was on the 3rd floor at the end.

Amenities:
- Outdoor pool across the streets. No umbrellas. Indoor pool with small "hot tub" that was the same temperature as the pool since it flowed into the pool. Water felt cool to me. Most times, families with small children were in the pool playing. Open 10 am - 10 pm. Small towels available by indoor pool.
- Lobby had free, good coffee and tea from 7 am - 12 pm.

Restaurant:
- Captains Table restaurant open for breakfast (7:30 am - 11 am every day) and dinner (Sunday - Thursday, 4 - 9 pm, Fri & Sat 4 pm - 10 pm). We ate dinner, and the food was good. Savannah our waitress was very nice and helpful with getting more Bailey's added to my chocolate martini and giving us tips on where to go.
- Small gym with weights, treadmill, bike.

Things to Note:
- $10/day parking. Garage is located under the hotel which is nice if it rains.
- Lobby is upstairs on the 3rd floor - take the elevator or two staircases.
- 3rd floor, lobby level is above the lowest rooms. See tips on ground floor rooms.
