The room set up was really nice and comfortable. We appreciated the separate shower room. The staff were very accommodating. The breakfast was OK.

Cons:

It would have been nice to offer waffles or pancakes for breakfast. The price of the room was not a small price to pay. Also, the indoor pool was very small and there were unattended kids in the pool that were diving, jumping, noisy, splashing water extra hard. An older person, seemingly a teen, came to get them out, but I had already decided that I was not going to stay in much longer. My 18yr old and 11yr old stayed in a little longer. The deciding factor for this hotel was the indoor pool. Rain was on the forecast, and I really wanted to relax in or by the water before August and have a nice glass of wine at the bar.
There were not too many wine options at the bar. The bartender was able to fix a drink that I really liked.

I had to be in Columbia on business for only one night - this place was perfect location wise.
Pros:

They had a good breakfast but I have to state: Their coffee was the pits! I normally love hotel coffee - this was the worst coffee I have ever tasted. I should have told the staff but I did not.

Over delivered!!
Pros:

We spent a night here while traveling through the area. We are seasoned travelers. The surest sign that a property is well managed is by the level of happiness of the staff. We did not encounter even one staff member, from the front desk, restaurant, bar, and housekeeping who did not greet us with a genuine smile and a sincere “how are you today”. This is a very well managed property. Special compliments to Shanti at the front desk when we arrived. She could not have been nicer and more accommodating. She is a really fine person and she started off our stay on the best note. The gentleman in the breakfast area was so helpful as well. And always happy.
I met the assistant GM, Justin Towle in the morning upon check out. Now I see why his staff is so well trained and happy as he is a true professional.
All in all, we couldn’t be happier or more impressed. These people are doing a great job! Thank you!!!

Comfortable. Exactly what i need after a day of driving.
Pros:

Was a quiet comfortable stay again. I have stayed several times now and its been nice every time. I travel for business with it being very close to the place I am going, it makes things that much easier for me.

Cons:

After staying a few times before there was a random "fee" for my parking pass which didn't make and sense to me. It had never been explained to me before and I wasn't sure why it became a thing all of a sudden.

Good spot for a short stay.
Pros:

The breakfast was just okay. The eggs weren’t great. But everything else was pretty standard for a hotel breakfast. The water pressure in the showers are absolutely amazing.

Cons:

The pool was fine the water could be a little cleaner. Beds weren’t very comfortable.

Great location with a fantastic staff!!

The staff was amazing!!! Everyone we encountered was very friendly!

The bathroom layout was weird. Lighting in the bathroom could have been better.
