Pros:

Breakfast was excellent with a range of choices and the staff in charge very friendly and efficient.

Cons:

Too expensive in general, plus parking charge.

Everything was lovely until around 8pm, we didn’t get much sleep due to other guest running through.
Cons:

The guest that were in town for a game made so much noise yelling and running on the 3rd floor.

Great stay, Ashley is a champion
Pros:

I loved my stay in the hotel. It is extremely well located, nearby a bunch of restaurants and almost in the heart of the city.

Atmosphere is what you expect from any hotel. I had a small issue with my room, and the manager Ashley promptly supported me, and that made my stay very special

Rooms were very clean, and the price of the hotel was spot on!

I definitely recommend

NIce place, good location, friendly staff.
Pros:

I had a nice stay here. Front desk was very friendly. I did not use most of the facilities as I was tired from traveling and had an early morning the next day. Everything was clean. Stayed quiet as well. Shower had GREAT pressure which is a major plus =). Usually that isn't the case. For a short one night stay It was nice. I will be using them again for sure.

Cons:

Everything was great. The only Issue I had was the bed. It was uncomfortable. I like a firm mattress. This was an older mattress I take it because the springs were a bit much. It did not ruin my stay though. Room was nice, clean, and quite cozy to be honest. Just that one issue is all.

very nice hotel and staff
Pros:

I recently visited a friend who was staying at this hotel, and WOW — I was beyond impressed! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was beautiful, clean, and welcoming. You can tell this hotel takes pride in excellence.

But let’s talk about the real MVP — QUINTON at the front desk! He was absolutely phenomenal! His energy, professionalism, and genuine kindness were on another level. He didn’t just do his job — he OWNED it. He made us feel like VIPs from the second we stepped through the door. His customer service skills are unmatched, and his positive attitude completely set the tone for the entire visit.

The hotel is lucky to have someone like Quinton representing them. He truly goes above and beyond, and it shows. If this is the level of service they provide, I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone. Five stars all the way!

Pros:

Location was great!

Cons:

The room A/C unit was noisy when it would come on. Stain was on the bathroom walls and not enough carts available for the number of guest to take luggage back and forth upstairs.

Shirley made the stay that much better!
Pros:

Had an excellent stay at this hotel. Shirley, who worked the breakfast station was fabulous. She smiled and greeted every guest and kept the food warm and well stocked. It made our stay that much better!
