Nice & clean. We checked in very late, very friendly & nice to work with.

Cons:

Breakfast was ok. Everything was basically empty an hour before breakfast ended. The bar was very messy as well. They should have someone re-stocking and cleaning up ocassionally.

It was ok, we ended up leaving a day early.

Close to Liberty, clean

Cons:

Both mornings they were out of most breakfast items. No fruit, no oatmeal, no waffle mix, no orange juice…very limited options.
No one cleaned the room or replenished towels and washclothes. They were very busy and it was very evident.

Fine, but not sure I'll select this hotel again.
Pros:

The location was the best part of staying at this hotel. I also thought it had good parking and the hotel itself was clean and rooms had good space.

Cons:

Our heater stopped working and we had to pack our stuff and be escorted to a new room the next night. I felt like it would have been easier if we could have been given the new key first and returned the old one when we were done situating our stuff. Its not like the old room could be turned over for a new guest. Also, we ended our business in Lynchburg early. I was told a note was put into the reservation that we left early. When I asked Booking.com to consider a refund for the one night, the staff at the location could not confirm the early departure. Even though the front desk said they added a note. I get that a refund was not guaranteed, but it was a bit frustrating dealing with the back and forth.
