Pros:

Nice grassy areas for my dog, and there was easy access from the hotel. Parking was also close and convenient with luggage. Everything was clean and very comfortable.

Our stay was very nice and we will likely be back.
Pros:

The hotel was quiet and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a decent size and the beds were comfortable. There was a nice breakfast every morning, but most importantly there was hot coffee! Thank you.

Cons:

The bathroom towels were well used and scratchy. That would be my only suggestion, upgrade your towels and wash clothes. The room was also a little pricey for Coffeyville, Kansas.

Ok place if you have to stay in Coffeyville- staff was friendly and kind.
Pros:

The water pressure and heat of the shower was great.

Cons:

There was a musty smell throughout the building and rooms. Hot tub broken. Air system super loud and the toilets were loud as well. Towels and sheets were stiff and uncomfortable.

Disappointed!
Pros:

Close to the college
Close to eateries

Cons:

Small room
Advertised bathroom as accessible but shower was tight, no seat, poor water pressure and poorly lit as was the entire bathroom. Towels were clean, but well worn.
Had a "stomper" in the room above. Probably would stay elsewhere next trip.

I have gotten better value in the area at other properties.
Pros:

The location, available parking, and ease of getting in & out was good.

Cons:

The lighting was poor. The breakfast area was small (thinking about adequate seating for our group). One member of our party had plumbing issues with water coming in through the roof of their bathroom.

We had to summon housekeeping when we turned down the beds and discovered what looked like old blood stains on the sheets.

Pros:

We really enjoyed that we were within walking distance to the Dalton Defenders Museum and the activities. We specifically came for the reenactment of the Dalton Defenders Day. It was wonderful!
