El desayuno fue muy decepcionante. Durante los tres días de nuestra estancia sirvieron prácticamente lo mismo todos los días y, además, la comida estaba fría. Esperábamos más variedad y mejor calidad por parte del hotel. Su actitud durante nuestra estancia fue poco amable y nada acogedora. En varias ocasiones se mostró grosera y daba la impresión de atender de mala gana, lo cual afectó negativamente nuestra experiencia en el hotel.

It was comfortable and well-located for the rate.

My stay at the Laquinta was decent.
Pros:

The staff was very nice. The location was good and the breakfast was decent.

Cons:

The air freshener they used was very overpowering and made me ill. There was hair on my bed and the bathroom floor was very slippery I’m guessing from the cleaning solution they used but dangerously slippery.

Pros:

I almost didn’t book this hotel because of some of the reviews I had read before arriving. Honestly, it would have been a big mistake not to come. The room was very nice, beautifully decorated, clean, and had a very pleasant clean smell. I stayed in room 406, which was also extremely quiet, something I really appreciated.

Another detail worth mentioning was the towels — very soft, fluffy and positive surprisingly high quality. The breakfast was also good enough and absolutely fair for the price paid.

The reception staff were always kind, polite and willing to help whenever needed. I also believe it’s not entirely fair to give a low rating to a whole property or an entire team just because of one interaction with one person who maybe was simply having a difficult moment and didn’t smile at that exact time.

We should try to rate places fairly, especially considering the quality/price ratio. For the price I paid, this hotel truly deserves a 10/10. It was much more affordable than many hotels on the island, for example, while still offering a very good experience.

Of course, if there is a small inconvenience, it can always be mentioned in the “negative” section, but my stay was excellent and I would definitely recommend this place.
