It had a smell to it and the front desk staff did not greet us.

The pool hours could have been longer and later.

The breakfast could use an upgrade, maybe some fresh fruit or yogurt.

The first night when I checked it, the elevator wasn’t working & the front desk personnel did NOT let me know. They gave me a room on the third floor, and when they saw me waiting for the elevator, they told me I had to take the stairs.

It wasn’t very clean, the place smells, needs a A Lot of renovation, there was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and looked like they tried to covered it with paint, there was pet’s hair around the room closed to the walls and carpet, the remote control for the tv in the room felt grease. I saw the person that was “cleaning” the rooms every day that I was there but I never heard the vacuum going on. The room smelled a lot of bleach when we checked in but I honestly think they’ll do that for you to think is clean, because it wasn’t. Breakfast wasn’t good either. Overall I wont be staying there again.

There were rats crawling in the walls every night, this was basically a doggie hotel. I’ve never seen so many dogs in one hotel. And we had dog hair in our room and we don’t have a dog. I was immediately grossed out. And breakfast was the same every single day which was sad.

The pool is out of commission and has been for a while. No answers as to why or if they are even trying to fix it. Internet sucks can't even stream a show without buffering. The dog area is not fenced in and attaches to the overflow/truck parking so it's just an empty gravel lot with a little grass. Paid an additional pet fee and a deposit in cash only for damages from the pets. Except its not for damages it's if and when they decide they want to keep some of the money. We stayed for a week, had no housekeeping the entire time we were there, so yea of course the room is gonna be a little bit more dirty than normal rentals but that is no reason to keep part of the deposit just because you have to spend extra time cleaning, what was my pet fee even for??? The TV is tiny, the room smelled horrible upon entry, the service from everyone was rude and nasty it's not a place I will ever spend money at again. I felt I should be getting money back from them instead they ended up keeping more of mine.

I have a lot to say, first the beds feel like its air mattress, my wife and kids had a lot of back pain the two days we stay there, they don’t wash the towels good they stink so bad , the rooms are so nasty and it smells so bad, sorry i stay in others hotels pet friendly and they are clean!! Water leak on the sealing

The front desk staff was on the short and rude end.
The breakfast was not too good at all. They were stingy on toiletries. AND NEVER PLACE THE COFFEE MACHINES AND COFFEE IN THE BATHROOM. That is so gross!!!!!🤢

The property was okay, but there were several issues that affected our stay. The carpet had noticeable stains, the walls were peeling in multiple areas, and we found dead bugs in the room upon arrival. Additionally, housekeeping never came to clean the room during our stay. We did ask for fresh towels. While the location was acceptable, the cleanliness and maintenance could definitely be improved.
