The breakfast was good. The room was very clean. The entire hotel smelled wonderful. We were very impressed. Close to the beach, only a couple of miles. We will be back.

This property was cheaper and You get what you pay for.

The location was close to the water.

Cons:

Needs to be updated. The facility had a smell and waterbugs. On One of the nights there was a fire and your front desk was not available to update any of us on what was happening. We all evacuated because of the alarm. He stood in the parking lot away from everyone and when we asked questions he had no concern for others. Possibly need to train your employees on emergency response.

Nice location. Very affordable pricing. Clean rooms. Breakfast wasn’t extravagant but it was nice. Rooms were clean could tell furniture had been well used.

DO NOT STAY HERE! The hotel is absolutely filthy, moldy, and dangerous. During camera construction, the staff left sharp screws all over the parking lot. One pierced my tire, making it unrepairable. When reported, the staff literally mocked me, lied, and frantically started crawling under cars to collect screws to hide the evidence! I had to spend 2 days of my vacation at a tire shop and filing a report with the Fort Walton Beach Police Department. Unprofessional management and a complete lack of hygiene. Wyndham Corporate needs to audit this corrupted franchisee immediately! I have attached all photo proofs and the official police report below."

Cons:

We ENCOUNTERED a problem at the pool where another tenet at the hotel called us the N word and was really talking disrespectful to our kids. The staff did nothing, this was very disappointing.
