Pleasant place to stay
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was very good.

Cons:

It was close to the Shinkansen station but on the opposite side to the local train. The property was isolated, but when the Cherry Blossom festival isn’t on there doesn’t seem much to do in Kitakami itself. It is a good jumping off point for Hirazumi and Geibikei Gorge.

Cons:

朝食がおいしくなかった。サービスという事は理解していますので、次に泊まりたくない理由には繋がらないですが、品数を減らしてでも味をもう少しよくしてほしい。食事のスタッフさんは対応良かった。

シンプルだが必要なものには困らない

Cons:

夏油高原スキー場に行くため利用しているので、いつも大風呂があれば癒されるのにと思う。（良くないわけではない）
