Cons:

There was a "county imposed" parking fee that was not applied to all guests. Nor was the fee disclosed until after checkout. My brother stayed the same date I did, he was not told about the parking fee nor charged. I had asked because there was a sign and subsequently charged. It was completely separate from the room charge and I had to use a QR code. It seems legit but totally not communicated well.

Great customer service and a comfy place to land
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this location. I took my fiance to the Stratcomm Museum in Ashland and wanted to treat him to a nicer place than he would usually pick for himself. Nick helped check us in and Cynthia was also a kind face at the front desk. Both were so helpful answering questions and making us feel like we picked the right place! Our room was clean and so comfortable. Our TV wasn’t working but an employee named Whitney fixed it almost immediately after we put in a request. It was such a nice stay and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Home away from home
Pros:

We have stayed at most of the Marriotts in Omaha and this is always our favorite!!! The customer service is top notch and they recently surprised our daughter with a welcome basket for her fifth birthday! It’s always such a special stay for us when we’re up visiting! Feels like a home away from home!

Best stay I’ve had in a long time! Cozy beds, rooms smell that they actually been cleaned!
Pros:

The big open space is amazing!! I stayed for a conference so went next door which is connected to embassy suites. They have lots of bathrooms so you’re not having to walk all the way to the other end!

Nice hotel.

Cons:

Got charged for 3x the cost of the room. 2 different cards got charged the room rate for incidentals. Plus the room charge. Eventually dropped off. But, tied up the money in the meantime.

Amazing experience
Pros:

every time I stay at the Courtyard Marriott in La Vista Nebraska it is always wonderful. clean rooms, clean facility. wonderful staff. great pricing. quiet. The area around the hotel is fantastic.

EV Charger At Hotel
Pros:

We stay at this hotel once or twice a year as we travel through the area. On this trip we were delighted to find this hotel had installed ChargePoint EV CCS chargers. The chargers are 5kwh and are perfect for charging overnight. We paid $24 for a 50kwh charge.

Fantastic!
Pros:

The location was great and easy to access. Service was excellent, and the personnel were very attentive. During the very late check-in, the hotel night host was caring and very professional.
