Pros:

The staff was great, the location was excellent close to so many things.

Cons:

Nothing to do with staff, but parents letting their sons run wild. Knocking on doors and running. One hit my friends new car with a hard plastic disc. No respect for others. Staff was looking for the trouble makers.

Ok but I’ve definitely had better..
Pros:

The rooms were nice and fairly spacious.

Cons:

Guy checking us in thought it would be funny to hit my son in his face full force with a blanket. Took every fiber of my being not to beat him through the floor for that. Pillows are flimsy enough you might as well not have one and pool is big enough for about 7 people safely.

The staff was very friendly, helpful… clean accommodations, Good location

Cons:

Paying for parking was ridiculous.. The parking lot was 1/10 full day and evening. It’s ridiculous to pay $10 plus a 10% service charge to pay online for an empty parking lot in a safe area. I enjoyed my stay but was agitated by the squeeze for parking when there was plenty. Greedy.

Room nice except we were in room 248 some utility room next door was noisy
Pros:

No breakfast with our booking was disappointing on web site says breakfast so I assumed everyone got them.

Awesome hotel
Pros:

The staff was amazing. We stayed on a busy weekend and everyone was excellent. Rooms were clean. The food was good. Great location and lots of stuff close. Price was good. And the a/c was fantastic

Cons:

Im not a fan of firm beds and the beds were extra firm. Room was on the small side and viewing the t.v. from the bed was almost impossible. Not a problem for me but maybe to others

All in all it was good, I’d stay at the hotel again.
Pros:

It was quiet.

My toilet was broken and they sent someone to fix it very quickly.

Cons:

No complementary breakfast, you had to pay extra.
