The staff were super amazing. They were just starting a remodel the day we checked out and breakfast was different and they gave my kids a bag of bananas as an apology. Everything was better than expected and they were getting ready to do a complete remodel of the whole hotel

I will never count on the sofa bed as an accommodation again.

Cons:

Of course they were under construction, which is fine. The lobby receptionist was very pleasant. We were very disappointed in the sofa bed. Our main bed was up to Marriott standards and was very comfortable, but our guest that was sleeping on the sofa pull out did not get any rest. The bed was squeaky and very uncomfortable.

Cama, travesseiros, tv, frigobar, cabides e apoio de malas, banheiro, bons.

Cons:

Ar condicionado do quarto nao aceitou regulagem.
Ar condicionado com extremo ruído ao acionar o compressor.
Informados sobre limpeza e arrumação em dias alternados, quando realizada nem a cama foi arrumada.
Café da manhã extremamente básico, mesmo para o padrão americano. No segundo dia nao havia queijo ou cream cheese.

Comfortable except for noisy AC/heater.

Breakfast was very good. The scrambled eggs were exceptional. The availability of coffee at any time was very nice.

Cons:

The AC/heater made a terrible noise. Unable to sleep with it. Needed to turn it off completely.
