Premises was fine in all aspects.
Check in was a nightmare. The front desk could not answer basic questions like,"Why isn't cash acceptable? " I had tried to pay a $20.00 "security fee?" with a twenty and was told it had to go on charge. I tried later, on check out, to get my $20 back and was told it would be credited to my charge card. (I have yet to see that.) Check out next morning was handled by inept personnel. I was told my card had been declined. I explained I had already taken care of everything with Bookings. She then let me know that my Master Card didn't pass credibility. I then told her I do not have a Master Card, all transactions had been closed with my Visa. I knew then and there that not another dollar was leaving my wallet or charge card. It was a real clown show! Don't know if I will ever grace the threshold of another Fairfield in the future.

Breakfast was really well done. Nice presentation, food was fresh and tasty, and the staff was wonderful! Great way to start the day!
Location is a bit far from landmarks.
Breakfast was okay. Bacon was not fully cooked and eggs were okay.
My coffee pot in my room was not plugged up behind the desk. I had to place it on my night stand to brew my coffee.

The curtains were falling off the wall . It looked like someone previously slept on our bed as it had stains on the sheets that looked dried and unwashed.There was a roach under the sink and the toilet seats are to low to sit on.
What breakfast? We went down at 8am and there was nothing available, no orange juice, no bacon, no bread, no pastries...nothing
Our bed made, clean washcloths without having to ask!
The room was nice and clean
The pool was closed, was looking forward to going for a swim after a 9 hour trip in the car. No coffee in the morning, breakfast bar was kind of bare
