Won't book with Fairfield again.
Pros:

Normal hotel, rooms were fine and spacious.

Cons:

Our hot water didn't work, which left us all without a shower on our most important day of vacation. The breakfast was terrible and they didn't have anything besides coffee and milk. Only 2 luggage carts for a large hotel. Pool was down.

Pros:

Vary friendly staff at every turn. Clean and professional environment. Aso, LOVED the breakfast. One of the most complete and well appointed breakfast stations I've encountered. Continually kept stocked during breakfast hours by a very attentive employee. Top notch.

But the answer was reported, and we was probably moved to another room with no problems

It was awful
Pros:

Yes. Had a hard time with mt reservation. Then we didnt have any hot water the whole nite or next mprning so we couldnt take a shower. Then when i asked if they had any forks. They told me no. Then at breakfast the juice machine was broken so we had nothing to drink for breakfast.

Quiet, family friendly, 15 minutes from Expo Center.
Pros:

Quiet, family friendly, on site free parking, complimentary breakfast.

Cons:

The bathroom was missing a few vanity light bulbs, very dim lighting. Not a major complaint, but while sitting in the breakfast/lobby area two female front desk employees discussing/complaining work related issues about training and hiring staff. Those types of conversations shouldn’t happen in the lobby. Thank you.

Very nice accommodations. I would stay there again.
Pros:

I really enjoyed the King "mini suite." It was nice having a sitting room in addition to the sleeping area. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. I slept too late both mornings to try the breakfast, so can't speak to that.

We would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

We loved the lobby area and exploring the well lit sidewalks outside. Our beds inside the room were perfectly made.. My children had a great time in the pool.

Cons:

There was trash under the sink from previous guest and a dirty wash cloth hanging on the shower curtain
