Very tired property
Pros:

This property seems very old and tired. Breakfast selections not very good or well stocked at 8am. Requested a feather free room and told it was but wasn’t even though checked and later someone brought non feather pillows. Room smelled mildewy. The night table between beds had no lamp and very scuffed/scratched up. Definitely a lack of lighting in the room. Bathroom had one switch which turned on both light and fan. Fan so loud it was quite excessive and annoying but you couldn’t have just light on. The one lamp on a wall had a lampshade full of tears in it. One of the bottles on wall in shower was empty. One of the worst Fairfield Inns we have ever stayed at.

I don’t believe me and my family will be back.
Pros:

It was a good location close by family

Cons:

They charge for parking and I have never heard of a hotel charging customers for parking and the walk-In shower was to small.

Horrible Customer Service
Pros:

The customer service at this location is horrible!! I was told we could check in early over the phone by a supervisor. Once we got to the hotel we were told we could pay to check in early and that we would have to pay $5 to park in the parking lot.
Each person that worked the front desk were rude to every family in our group. I filed a complaint and received an apology for service.

We had a great experience! Would definitely recommend the Fairfield Inn!
Pros:

We were warmly greeted by Alisha Anthony and Charles Anthony on Saturday 10/25/25. We were traveling with my Aunt and Uncle and they quickly and seamlessly checked all of us in. They were very friendly and explained everything the Inn had to offer. We thoroughly enjoyed meeting them. They also introduced us to Cianna Anthony who works in the kitchen.
She explained the breakfast times and process. She was very friendly and very informative. I must say that the breakfast was the best I’ve ever had in a hotel too.
These three employees definitely got our visit off to a great start.
I hope everyone knows what a valuable asset these three are to Fairfield Inn.

Everyone we met was friendly.
They also introduced location is great too. We were there for my nephews wedding which was within walking distance. We also had some time for some sight seeing and got excellent directions from Alisha.

The rooms were nice and very clean and the prices were very reasonable.

Pros:

Staff was very nice, check in was easy. Property was clean and quiet. The bed was comfy but I wasn't a fan of the pillows, not as fluffy. The breakfast had a healthy selection and plenty of tables. I didn't use the gym but it looked like everything was in good condition and had both machines and free weights. The surrounding area has lots of restaurant's and shopping but you will have to drive there.
