Superfijn hotel en dichtbij het treinstation
Pros:

Het waren erg fijne bedden en ik had prima uitzicht en lag erg centraal gelegen in de stad, dus dat was fijn. Alle faciliteiten waren erg schoon. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en ik had goed geslapen.

Spacious rooms and some nice touches, but unfortunately let down by very poor housekeeping and cleanliness.
Pros:

The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and we appreciated the complimentary snacks available near the entrance.

Cons:

Housekeeping was unfortunately a major issue during our stay. We booked two rooms for our group, and my sister’s room appeared not to have been properly cleaned before she checked in. She initially went straight to sleep, but later noticed used coffee cups, clothing left behind that seemed to belong to a previous guest, and fecal stains in the toilet. She had not used the toilet at all before discovering this.

The following day, we went out for an event and returned at around 3 PM, but neither of our rooms had been cleaned. My husband and I were tired, so we just requested fresh towels. For my sister’s room, we specifically asked for housekeeping because of its condition. Unfortunately, nobody came to clean it despite our request, and by that point she was too frustrated to keep following up with the staff.

There was also no complimentary bottled water in the room. There is a small convenience shop in the hotel, but the prices are quite expensive.

For a hotel of this standard, we expected much better cleanliness and housekeeping service.

very adequate hotel, well situated
Pros:

Th nH Hotel Amsterdam is very well situated for visiting the historic city centre and it is conveniently close to the railway station. The staff were all very friendly, helpful, and competent. However, our room felt a bit tired - in need of a deep clean and a refresh of its decor. the bathroom in particular could do with an upgrade.

Schönes Hotel mit guter Lage zur Innenstadt.Zimmer groß und geräumig. Frühstück gut und reichhaltig.
