⭐⭐⭐ Personnel irréprochable et professionnel, mais prestations et chambres un peu datées par rapport

Séjour professionnel correct dans l’ensemble.
Le petit‑déjeuner est satisfaisant avec de bons produits, mais l’achalandage pourrait être amélioré, surtout aux heures de pointe.
La chambre est correcte mais ne justifie pas totalement le prix payé : l’ensemble est un peu désuet et la moquette dans les couloirs présente plusieurs tâches visibles.
Le garage est pratique, mais le tarif d’environ 20 € pour une nuit semble excessif.
En revanche, le personnel est irréprochable : très professionnel, accueillant et attentif. C’est clairement le point fort de l’établissement.

When passing through Amersfoort, A Solid Choice
Pros:

For my short trip to Amersfoort, the property served its purpose. I chose it based on the quality of the brand which I was familiar with through stays at properties as part of their related "NH Collection" brand.

Cons:

Following my prior comment, there is a big difference between regular NH properties and NH Collection properties. Having said that, the staff is committed to a high-level of client service and satisfaction and they delivered.

This Hotel fulfilled our needs
Pros:

The location was very convenient both for the rail station and the town centre. A warm welcome from the staff. The room allocated fulfilled expectations. Staff were all helpful and pleasant.

Cons:

The shower floor was a slippery when wet, a shower mat and a grab rail in the shower and at the exit would have been helpful for people our age (70+).

Goede parkeermogelijkheid, overzichtelijk hotel.

Cons:

Bij het ontbijt miste ik warme havermout. En een vegetarische optie bij het diner.

Uiterst vriendelijk personeel, jong, klantgericht en denken met je mee. Top!
Fijn hoe de tafels bij het raam geplaatst zijn; als je in je eentje naar het ontbijt gaat, is het toch gezellig naar buiten kijken! 🙏🏽

Cons:

Het is jammer dat de toiletpot zo onhandig in een hoek is geplaatst. Dat had beter gekund!

Het personeel was vriendelijk.
Jammer dat wij een extra arrangement hadden aangevraagd de special. Hierover hebben wij niks gehoord en wij hebben ook niks gekregen.

Cons:

De ligging.
De trein hoorde je veel. Ook hoorde je veel geluiden van buiten.
