Hyatt Centric the Pike Long Beach

The manager at the front desk was great. He offered to buy us our first 2 drinks that night at the bar because we had patiently waited while he helped a woman who had arrived at the wrong Hyatt. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The area surrounding the hotel was much nicer than I expected. There were many shops and the area was very walkable. Food venders at night along the long beach strip were present. Area lively but not too crowded. We walked to the ferry in 10 minutes to Catalina island. Highly recommend this hotel and long beach area.

This is a wonderful hotel with a fun vibe and great people. The hotel is modern, with a fresh look in a fun area. It is clean and the staff are just exceptional-especially Makenna and Chris-who were there for anything we needed. So ready and willing to be of any kind of help. They made it a personal experience that made us want to come back.
Great location-close to Shoreline Village and in the middle of the outlet center. Great place.

Convenient location. Safe area. Wonderful staff every time I've stayed here. Very clean rooms and excellent insulation from both the outside and your neighbors.

The front desk was amazing

Very clean and well maintained property. Street parking and public garage right across the street. Next to the mall and convention center. Staff was super friendly. Room was bright and bathroom was clean with a lot of counter space. Was there just for the night, but would definitely stay again if in Lomg Beach.

Great spot to stay. Fun location with lots to do and places to eat. Could see the Queen Mary from my room. Much more updated compared to the Hyatt Regency that's across the street. Rooms were updated and clean. Hot water with great pressure. Zero issues, would happily stay again. Great pool top deck (small but checks the boxes with amazing views)

The property is lovely and close to everything! But what made our stay outstanding and memorable was the staff. We had to deal with a few mishaps - damaged luggage on the flight, medication forgotten, etc., and the staff helped with all of it! We were able to get new luggage delivered, helped us find a great meal, and solved the medication issue by holding my forgotten meds until our return from our cruise. I cannot say enough about the staff at this hotel!

Excellent location for conference and tons of cute shopping and food options in walking distance. Room was large and customer service was excellent. Restaurant was cute and great for breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

Clean, Modern and very secure. We needed a nail file -- which is an odd request, and the front desk had one immediately for us no problem! Staff were extremely friendly and happy to see us all.

I arrived sooner than check-in time and the staff notified the room I reserved was not ready, however, he compensated with an upgraded room with more space, which I thought was very nice of him. Then when I arrived to the room it was even more appreciated as the room was much better than I expected. I loved the decor and the location of the hotel as well. Plenty of eatery places to choose from and shopping opportunities!
