Unexpected upgrade
Pros:

I arrived sooner than check-in time and the staff notified the room I reserved was not ready, however, he compensated with an upgraded room with more space, which I thought was very nice of him. Then when I arrived to the room it was even more appreciated as the room was much better than I expected. I loved the decor and the location of the hotel as well. Plenty of eatery places to choose from and shopping opportunities!

Too loud and won’t stay again
Pros:

Location is so loud and would not stay again . Unfortunately, hotel in area that attracts loud racing cars. rude people on streets yelling and a parking garage right next to property with car alarms going off.

Great, no thanks to booking.com
Pros:

After booking.com completely messed up our booking. We arrived to the desk to be told we did not have a room.
The staff were amazing - managed to book us in at a cheaper rate than what we’d booked through booking.com and I would highly recommend going to them directly for a smooth service.
The property is very clean, rooms are beautiful and staff are amazing. Great location too, especially if you love shopping.

It was very enjoyable, the bar had the sports we wanted to watch on
Pros:

We did not have time for breakfast. Had a cruise to catch and parking to find.

Cons:

That the parking wasn't hotel controlled. That we had to park offsite in pubic parking.

Great hotel, within walking distance to several restaurants, mall and Harbor.
Pros:

We were able to pay a nominal fee and check in early to our room We had a great view and could see the bridge lights. We walked over to the harbor area and had a great lunch and then booked a harbor tour. We didn't swim but went up to the rooftop pool and the views are amazing!

Cons:

We liked everything and will be staying here again next time we are in the area.

Horrible, practically ruined my vacation.

Cons:

I booked my room 9 months in advance for a festival that was happening across the street so I could be within walking distance. It wasn’t until I go to check in after the event (because we arrived too early to check in before the event), that I was told they overbooked and didn’t have a room for me and the nearest location was 30 minutes away! If you knew you were overbooked, why was I just finding out at check in?! I would’ve booked an accommodation elsewhere had I known this place was going to screw me over when it was too late and I had no other options.
