Hyatt Centric the Pike Long Beach

Clean and modern rooms. Spacious bathroom. Friendly staff. Lovely rooftop pool. Pullout sofa mattress could be upgraded but the king mattress was good.

Das Hotel war sehr modern und äußerst gepflegt. Die Zimmer waren hervorragend ausgestattet und ließen keine Wünsche offen. Auch das Badezimmer sowie die Dusche waren makellos sauber und in einem sehr guten Zustand.

Exceptional staff (especially Andre) who went above and beyond for my girlfriend's birthday. It was quiet and clean, and the rooftop pool was excellent! All of the housekeeping staff was super friendly. Prime location near shops, restaurants and the ocean.

Hyatt Centrit The Pike was one of the best hotels we've been to in a long time! The service was top notch!! The hotel is in a great location and so well done. It was the perfect stay for our vacation!

Great atmosphere and check in experience with a nice lobby bar and rooftop pool. It's in a great area. Hotel itself doesn't have parking but it is 2 minutes from a parking garage.

The entire hotel has been refurbished and what went along with that is that the rooms are now smaller than they were originally at least from what I remember. They used to have the room seperated by the TV which spun around 360 degrees. Now the room has a TV in the center of the room and it will spin 90 degrees to each direction of the room. There was alarm clock in the room but it was unplugged and so I had to plug in and then set the time. There was no microwave in the room but it did have a refrigerator and coffee maker.

Room was very clean. Parking was easy at the parking garage next to hotel which charges $16 overnight. Staff at check-in was friendly.

If you're headed to Long Beach the location is great. Met expectations as a Hyatt brand hotel. Near the beach, restaurants and lovely walking areas. Some shopping but not high end if that's what you're looking for.

The staff was wonderful.The place was gorgeous. The pool on the roof was to die for awesome location to the aquarium. And the lagoon boats, except our AC did not work. And the engineer it came at eleven due to us not being in the room for several hours.About two thirty a m.The a c was finally cool enough to sleep.

Super convient place. Easy access to most everything downtown. The rooms were spacious and comfortable (I slept through the night on the first night...). It was also really quiet. Highly recommend and will stay again.

Our staycation last weekend was FANTASTIC! Lorraine greeted us warmly at the front desk and was very helpful navigating our check-in process. She also helped us with several additional requests and was kind enough to offer us some credits and late check out (from 11am to 1pm). My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and wanted to stay as long as possible to savor every moment so this was awesome! Also, Leslie in the market place cafe was extremely personable and helpful, offering cups of ice for our drinks. We also really enjoyed the pool area and Alex, the bartender up there, was great. We reserved a daybed through ResortPass and the space was reserved with our name on it when we arrived. We chilled there all day long on Saturday -- we really enjoyed the atmosphere.

The room was clean and everything was functioning properly (AC, TV, wifi, hot water). Also, while we didn't opt to have our room cleaned during our stay, we caught Demetri out in the hallway and he was very kind as well. He asked us if we needed anything and we told him towels and then he gave us several so that was perfect.

Really great service all around and folks have been consistently kind and warm. Even the gentleman cleaning the floors in the lobby went out of his way to press the elevator button for us. Things like that make a difference and are appreciated! We're looking forward to coming back for another staycation!
