Cons:

I expected alittle more from the deluxe king room i booked. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable and too soft. There could have been more bathroom toiletries like hand soap for example and extra toilet paper. I had a horrible night sleep due to a loud noise coming from the air conditioning system. This kept waking me up every hour unfortunately. I don't think i would stay here again. Also, I was shocked my friend and I couldn't find a single pharmacy or convenient store near by.

Pros:

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. We got a bellhop because I had a fractured elbow and was in the cast.I would also like to thank everyone in the restaurant.All of the food was absolutely amazing.I made friends with mike.The bartender who was very friendly and cordial

Cons:

The only thing I didn't really care for was. The pool on the top wasn't that great. And I wish they had a Jacuzzi.

Great hotel
Pros:

This hotel boasts an absolutely wonderful location, making it incredibly convenient for exploring. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We were very pleased with the immaculate cleanliness of our room. The pool area was also fantastic and a great place to relax. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and would highly recommend this establishment.
