Located in the heart of downtown Napa, this hotel is in a great place while visiting wine country. You can easily walk to many tasting rooms and restaurants nearby.

The interior is very modern, and rooms seem to be nearly suite quality. The restaurant has earned its reputation for being excellent, and was very reasonable as well.

However, if you're looking for a quiet place to stay, I'm afraid you'll have to look somewhere else... Napa is a really happening place and there is a lot of hustle and bustle. The rooms -- at least those on the second floor -- are not very well insulated for sound, so as the crowds are walking and cars are driving by, its really noticeable during the day. And during the evenings, there is a night club across the street that gets started around 9:30 PM and doesn't stop until well after midnight. They have a super loud sound system, and in my room 232 this was really disturbing. Many people aren't sensitive to noise but if you are, then it may take a while to find a quiet room. Fortunately the hotel staff was quite cooperative. My review would be five stars all the way if not for the noise...

Great location, wonderful staff, loved the lobby & bar especially the live music Saturday night, and the bed was cozy.

The Andaz Hyatt is a wonderful hotel. It is centrally located in downtown Napa, making it very convenient even without a vehicle. The staff are very attentive. Special shout-out to LaMika Hughes, Director of Guest Services, who was very accommodating, professional and friendly. As first time visitors, she provided us with many suggested places to visit and experience. The breakfast menu is delicious, and Miguel provided friendly and prompt food service. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Premium location and fun vibe. Staff goes above and beyond. Enjoyed the live music in the lobby and enjoyed breakfast in the restaurant

Friendly and helpful staff. Our group booked 4 rooms separately and they were able to give us rooms all on the same floor. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Bar and restaurant downstairs was very convenient, but the hotel is walkable to many other places for food & entertainment. Large self-parking garage in the back. Would definitely stay again!

Great hotel centrally located. Their receptionist, Naz, went out of her way to make a reservation for my birthday last minute at Scala!!!

There were 3 different rooms available. I booked one, and then changed my mind a few minutes later, and successfully modified the booking. I received an email confirmation and everything looked good.
Then a few hours before arriving I checked the reservation in-app, and I see it's been silently changed back to the original room.
I call them up and am told it was a software problem and it was because it's "too last minute".
When I arrive the guy simply shrugs his shoulders. I wasn't in the mood to fight about it with a tired family/kids waiting to get into a room.
Really awful experience overall.
The hotel itself is fine. The lobby and breakfast area look nice, but the rooms are definitely not luxury. The value for money is not here.

We stayed at Andaz Napa for one night as a family and really enjoyed our experience. The location was excellent, right in the heart of downtown Napa and within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and tasting rooms, which made everything very convenient.

The hotel has a trendy, modern vibe that feels stylish without being stuffy. The complimentary wine pour at check-in was a lovely touch, and we appreciated the refillable water bottles, especially after traveling, small details that made us feel welcomed.

Breakfast was delicious and high quality, though it could benefit from a few more kid-friendly options. That said, the food itself was great and clearly well thought out.

Overall, Andaz Napa worked well for a short family stay and struck a nice balance between being chic and comfortable. We would definitely stay again and would recommend it to families looking to be centrally located in downtown Napa.

A great hotel in a perfect location. The staff was wonderful. Especially Naz and LaMika at the front desk! The breakfast was excellent.

We traveled for a friend's 50th birthday celebration.
Andaz was easy to find with complimentary self parking less than a5 minute walk away. The hotel was clean with everything in working order. Staff was helpful and friendly.
