Good location close enough to commute to city, comfortable if cooling worked
Pros:

Room was clean and staff were very friendly and helpful especially Ruben, easy 600m walk to train station. Good bathroom.

Cons:

Room had no cooling (a/c broken) so was uncomfortably hot the entire time- staff were very quick to provide fan though.

Pros:

On the positive side: the breakfast is decent (the only protein options are an omelette and sausages), but there is a great selection of juices and sweets.

The location is good — close to a metro station, and the prices are lower than hotels in the city centre.

I can't help but mention the wonderful staff.
I am truly grateful to the people who handled room cleaning, front desk service and dining room service — it was all at the highest level.

Cons:

To be honest, this is quite disappointing. I stayed for a week. The prices immediately caught my eye — they are simply not justified, and I genuinely don't understand the pricing policy.

Our room had no terrace and very little natural light. It's clear the hotel has seen better days: there was something resembling mold in the bathroom, and the shower cabin looked worn and beaten up. The hallways have stale air, and you just want to get out of there as fast as possible or hide in your room.

It is ALWAYS stuffy in summer — even with the window open.
The rooms have air conditioners, but their condition is rather interesting: when turned on to maximum cooling, they just make a "brrr" sound, but the temperature doesn't change at all. Given that we were travelling in March when it was +20°C outside, I can't even imagine what it must be like in summer.

While not the most critical issue, it's worth mentioning: the elevators do work, but they are clearly quite worn out and respond slowly to everything you do.

The hotel description states there is a gym — and there is indeed one... but in reality it has 1 treadmill, 1 elliptical trainer, 1 bench press and a set of dumbbells up to 10 kg. I expected hotel gyms to be poorly equipped, but this feels like a joke. At least put up a pull-up bar...
Oh, and of course — it's stuffy in there too.

Es war zum schlafen ok.
Pros:

Nur die Lage, das Zimmer das uns zuerst zugeteilt wurde, war das einzige renoviert Zimmer. Zu unserem Entsetzen, hatte das Zimmer beim betreten 29 Grad Celsius und das bei eine Außentemperatur von 23 Grad! Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Nach Nachfrage von uns wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass diese momentan wohl nicht funktioniert, da diese auf Winter eingestellt sei und nur Wärme abgibt. Der Haustechnik sei wegen Ostern auf Urlaub und wir könnten ja uns mit ein Ventilator der uns zur Verfügung gestellt werden sollte aushelfen. Dieses haben wir nicht akzeptiert und umgehend ein anderes Zimmer verlangt. Da es in der Beschreibung mit Klima und seit 2020 renoviert worden sei habe ich mir mehr Komfort erhofft. Leider ist die Realität anders, laut Personal ist die Rezeption renoviert und das Zimmer 301. alles Andre ist in die Jahre gekommen und nicht teilweisen nicht funktionsfähig, wie bereits die Klima Anlage erwähnt.
Wir haben dann zwar ein anderes Zimmer im ersten Stock erhalten aber in einem heruntergekommenen Zustand. Das Möbelinventar sehr in die Jahre gekommen und verschließen die Zimmertür musste kräftig zugezogen werden und wir mussten es dem Zimmerservice mitteilen da diese unser Tür offen gelassen haben. Fazit ich würde mich in der Gegend um ein anders Hotel umschauen wenn ich wieder nach Barcelona Urlaub mache würde.

Cons:

Die Angestellten im Spätdienst. Haben einen versucht alles runterzuspielen kein angenehmes Miteinander habe nur am Handy rumgespielt. Nur am letzten Tag hat er sich bemüht vor dem aushecken sich zu profilieren und gebeten eine gute Rezension abzugeben.

A minősítéséhez képest kevesebbet nyújt, ha legözelebb arra járok nem ezt választom.
Cons:

A légkondit nem lehetett szabályozni, (kiírták hogy ne nyúljunk hozzá) nagyon meleg volt a szobában.
A reggelinél nem mindig pótolták azt, ami elfogyott (pl sajt, rántotta).
