Great spot except for the smell.
Pros:

Great location, air conditioning, quiet.

Cons:

The overwhelming use of air fresheners in the common areas. It was overpowering. Som one with odor sensitivity would have had to find another hotel.

Fabulous jewel in heart of London. No hesitation in recommending
Pros:

Location - about as central as it gets. Quirky, interesting and quite fabulous decor. Staff were amazing - helpful, friendly and also fabulous.

Funky hotel at the heart of London
Pros:

I stayed here with a friend for a weekend theatre trip. This place is amazing. So different and unique in its style with so many little quirky details. Live music in the basement bar, Roof top bar with 24/7 jacuzzi. Gorgeous restaurant with delicious food. Beautifully decorated rooms with complete luxurious comfort. Reasonably priced and the staff we encountered were all wonderful, helpful, sweet and welcoming.
I’d recommend this place over and over.

Amazing property
Pros:

Absolutely loved this place. The decor has a rock and roll theme. Great downstairs and upstairs bar. Great seeing and conversing with 2 outstanding bartenders, Mike and Tuna. Front desk staff Babra and Fay were very sweet and helpful. Kudos to owners Mark and Sherene, you have a wonderful property….
