Terrible hotel. You have been warned.
Pros:

Location in the centre of town. There is a roof top hot tub and bar.

Cons:

Small room. Bizarre design. Dark (which may week mask a whole lot of stuff!?). Restaurant was closed. But, I strongly recommend that you don't use this hotel because they take a 150 pound deposit and you will have to fight for a number of weeks to get it back. Quite disgraceful!!! I will never go back, neither should you.

Overall just fine
Pros:

Staff were friendly, location is excellent.

Cons:

When booking it would be good to know ahead of time that this hotel takes a £150 deposit on arrival that they release when you leave but I checked out 10 days ago and still haven’t received my money back. Luckily paying the £150 wasn’t an issue for me but I imagine there are many guests who have not budgeted for this. Totally ridiculous and not something I’ve encountered before having stayed in numerous other hotels in London.

The stay itself was fine, small room but to be expected for a boutique hotel in the middle of soho. Didn’t try the restaurant but was disappointed that room service isn’t offered. Quite busy and noisy in the corridors but that’s not the staffs fault, it’s just inconsiderate guests.
The location is ideal and facilities were adequate however, when paying roughly £260 per night you’d expect more - kettle was full of limescale, water pressure was hopeless so running a bath took an age and the mini bar while standard prices for London (£4 for a small tub of Pringles etc) included an £8 water. Really for the price they’re charging, a free water isn’t too much to ask.
A/C is installed but the windows do not open so if you like a cooler room of a nighttime prepare to wake up with a congested nose and irritated throat.
Overall not a bad experience but given I chose a boutique hotel as this was a treat for myself, I can’t say I was impressed or would return after receiving recommendations for nearby hotels since my stay
