Great location, quirky hotel !
Pros:

Great location. Quirky hotel, we had a fabulous room for my friends 60th birthday. Hot tub on the roof top bar to was great to relax in.

Cons:

We were on the first floor and on the side of the road and it was noisy at times in the night.

A unique hotel in a perfect location with very helpful and attentive staff
Pros:

Location was very good just a few steps away from main streets of Regent Street and Soho, but was nice and quiet. Excellent bed and pillows.

Cons:

Although the hotel is very atmospheric the lighting could be better for more mature residents

Will never forget this experience, in a negative way.
Pros:

I liked the appearance of the room even though there was a leak in the shower

Cons:

They sent me multiple emails about adding little extras to my room because it was booked for my birthday. I was very excited to see upon arrival and was met with nothing. The room had not been done any different from a normal day and a normal booking. It actually had me in tears because they showed absolutely zero compassion whatsoever, nothing was done to make up for it, they kept offering me drink on the house but i do not drink. Offering alcohol does not fix the issue. Very disappointed and completely ruined my birthday.
