I have stayed here before and they’ve almost completed much needed updates. The rooms were finished but they were in the midst of updating entry. Rooms were nice and modern. The staff was super friendly. My only complaint was that their beds were very high (30”). I have a dog that couldn’t jump up on them and I have a hard time lifting her. So this might not work for me in the future. I noticed the same hotel in Dalhart was also designed like this. Guess that’s the new look for them. For others I would recommend.
Access and location. Was able to park my trailer on property, under the lights.

We paid for a suite which really was nothing more than a bigger room and a kitchen sink. Most rooms have a coffee maker and many a fridge so not really sure why it was priced so high.

The air conditioning
We had such a great experience at this hotel. Friendly staff, very accommodating. Clean rooms and comfy beds. The pool was warm and the always a plus in our family! It was nice to stay in a place that was clean and the staff was friendly and happy to help.
Exceptionally clean, front staff was very kind, polite and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and the nicest I've ever stayed in in a long time. The breakfast choices were not only great tasting but awesome overall! If all Hamptons are like this, this will be my #1 choice in the future.
