Reception desk was unmanned when we arrived. Took 15 min for someone to show up, and then she had an ‘attitude’. Towel hook in bathroom was broken.
Never got a chance to like anything,we never got into a room, there was a mix up with the dates BUT it was corrected before we got there according to the emails but when we got there the desk clerk was in the back room eating and when he came to the desk and looked up the reservation he said we we still on for the March check in,even though we showed him all the emails we gotten. We had even gotten the lady on the phone with booking .com and she was talking to the clerk at the Hampton and he hung up on her, she refunded our money ( we will see) in 7-10 days and we went to the hotel next door and got a room for like $60 more, the whole experience was awful, it should have been an easy fix but it was made very difficult😑

We.didn’t like the fact that they charged us $10 a day for parking.We had already paid our bill & were given a bill for parking when we checked out.
Loved the location and the fact that there was a free shuttle to the airport, a breakfast included.
My tv wasn't working, there was an issue with the payment I was charged, and I was disappointed that I had to keep going back downstairs to the front desk to get issues resolved because there was not enough staff available. Also, I had expected the hotel to be a bit cleaner than it was.
