My stay was what I needed for the night, but my expectations were definitely set a bit too high.
Pros:

Loved the location and the fact that there was a free shuttle to the airport, a breakfast included.

Cons:

My tv wasn't working, there was an issue with the payment I was charged, and I was disappointed that I had to keep going back downstairs to the front desk to get issues resolved because there was not enough staff available. Also, I had expected the hotel to be a bit cleaner than it was.

Breakfast was good.Bananas were too ripe.

Cons:

We.didn’t like the fact that they charged us $10 a day for parking.We had already paid our bill & were given a bill for parking when we checked out.

Nice rooms, convenient to highway but highly disappointed at not being notified the pool wasn’t heating at all.
Cons:

The swimming pool was not heated and that is why we booked this location for the kids.

Breakfast and location were fine.

Cons:

Had a major problem with my check in. I made a reservation through booking.com which I had to change. Booking.com made the change but the hotel did not receive the information, therefore the hotel said I did not have a reservation for the day I arrived. I had to pay for a new reservation even though I already had a reservation. Very disheartening and time consuming!!!!

It was okay but I will choose another hotel next time
Pros:

Room was okay, staff was nice, breakfast staff was great

Cons:

They charged for internet. They charged for parking the night we stayed, as well as for the nights we left our car there while out of town. No exhaust fan in bathroom.

The young lady that checked us in was not pleasant at all she was not welcoming she mad it seems like we were bothering her if you have cameras there at check please review we checked around 3 o'clock on the 13th of September this young lad is heavy set with braids in her hair there was another lady standing beside her that actually looked at me and gesture her head to speak. That gesture was more than the check in lady did the whole few minutes we stood there A first impression is usually made within 7-10 seconds of entering a building and this young lady did

Pros:

Shower door handle missing … mildew around bottom of shower … check-in staff seemed like it was a bother to get us checked in. Other staff was great.
