As a last resort it will do
Pros:

I guess I can say it was better than other hotels in this area but it’s definitely not somewhere I’d want to stay long term.

Cons:

The place is overall just dated. The room was dirty with hair all over the shower. Floors felt dirty and it was noisy all night long from people stomping and slamming doors.

Good value, friendly staff, CLEAN
Pros:

Breakfast was good, plenty of selections and good mix of carbs and proteins. Clean hotel, excellent staff, fan and AC in room worked, everything was clean. I appreciate that shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hand soap, and body wash are provided.

Cons:

Pillows were rough, they looked good but were flat as pancakes within minutes, making for a rough night and next day. Wish the pool wasn't filled in with cement.

Pros:

Check in was great, very sweet lady. The next day, the lady working front desk was less than helpful and very rude. Hateful to guests checking in as well as my family. Will not be staying here in the future. I hate it for the kind lady when we checked in.

Un dépannage suite erreur de réservation
Pros:

Arrivés sur cet hôtel persuadés de l’avoir réservé (confirmation booking ok), or nous avions réservé celui du texas suite à changement de date et mal indiqué quand on fait une recherche. Ils nous ont trouvé une chambre ( un peu chère cependant).
Confortable et calme avec super piscine et spa chaud
Bon petit déjeuner

Ok but pricey for room.
Pros:

The room is outdated but the bed was comfortable. Not sure the ac was working properly because the room stayed stuffie. Breakfast was minimal for the price of the stay.

Upgrades needed.
Pros:

My room did not have adequate mobile phone charging ports. The two that were there on one sidevof the bed, was not srongvenough for two chargers. The curtains would not draw closed to darken the room at night.
