La cama de película, increíblemente cómoda con muchos almohadones :) todo muy amplio y limpio.
Apreciamos mucho recibir el desayuno directamente en la suite, muy rico y de calidad.
La puerta de la ducha no se podía cerrar bien creo que por el burlete y eso es el único detalle que encontré y no le quitó nada a la experiencia.
Lo recomiendo en todo sentido y también la ubicación top! Volvería sin dudar.

Atendimento, equipe sem iniciativa, estava com bebê nao consegui ajuda pra fazer uma vitamina, pois no hotel nao tem liquidificador, tivemos maior dificuldade para pedir um uber no primeiro dia pessoal sem proatividade, gestava gestante com um bebê de 1ano.2meses, 3 malas de mao 1 carrinho 1 mala grande, ninguem abre a porta, hotel é pequeno estava apenas com 6 quartos dos 18 ocupados, café da manhã simples, enfim fotos dos quartos são boas engana bem pela internet, porém a localização é excelente e se você estiver sozinho, ou em casal pode ser que ache bom.

que no tienen vasos en las instalaciones del hotel, salvo esos pequeñisimos de var que no superan los 4 o 5 cms. maximo de altura. las instalaciones de recepcion y desayuno son muy muy pequeñas.
Limpio y ordenado, personal muy amable en todo momento.
Baja calidad de las instalaciones e insumos. El espejo estaba desgastado en todos sus extremos, las toallas que nos dieron se notaban viejas, descoloridas y con el algodón desgastado, el jabón vegano en la ducha es de baja calidad (demasiado “natural” o artesanal, no da suavidad ni genera espuma), el aire acondicionado no alcanza bien la temperatura (quizás porque es muy antiguo?), el ascensor está totalmente forrado en una tela sintética peluda de color verde que da un aspecto desagradable, el desayuno es demasiado sencillo con ingredientes (salchichas, huevos, yogur) que también se notan de baja calidad. Considerando el precio y que se promociona como un hotel de varias estrellas, no lo vale.
O hotel é excelente, bonito, aconchegante o quarto é muito bom cama, chuveiro e banheiro, jacuzzi. A localização é ótima a pé da 10min Obelisco, mais 10min até a Casa Rosada. Tem vários restaurantes bons próximo rua tranquila e segura. O café é pequeno mas tem ovo bacon, pão presunto queijo e vários doces. O atendimento de todos é um diferencial a parte perfeito. Adoramos a estadia!
