Great stay, highly recommend!
Pros:

Really friendly host + a great restaurant on the main floor. Wonderful room situation, good shower, strong WiFi, etc. Highly recommend!

Nice friendly hotel in a great location.
Pros:

Good location in the town, near plenty of restaurants & shops and a short drive to access the Puy de Sancy walk, as well as many others. Good layout of triple room - (was 2 rooms with a door between). Friendly staff and we enjoyed dinner and breakfast at the hotel.

Cons:

The road was a little noisy

Chambre confortable. Petit déjeuner de qualité, très bons ingrédients et personnel très aimable. Le repas du soir était également très bon.

Cons:

Malheureusement, notre chambre donnait sur la rue qui est extrêmement passante jusqu'à tard le soir. De nombreux camions s'arrêtent le matin pour livrer les commerces et cela génère du bruit et des émanations de pots d'échappement, le soir ce sont les voitures qui repartent du Puy de Sancy. Il faut savoir qu'il est quasiment impossible d'aérer la chambre avant 20h.

Un séjour dépaysant et agréable.
Pros:

Une bonne literie est appréciable notamment après de bonnes randos. Le personnel était serviable et courtois. L'hotel eqt bien située. Le petit déjeuner de qualité était apprécié avant de démarrer la journée.
