Suha JBR Hotel Apartments

Aside from getting no sleep in the first night due to building work, and being unable to sleep during the day due to building work in the next room, the bathroom smelt from the plumbing and the warm breakfast offerings clearly having sat in the warmer for too long, the staff were as helpful as they could be. Maybe if you’re renovating you could let visitors know before they arrive so they have a choice instead of taking their money and expecting them to put up with it.

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we could ask for. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and the peaceful atmosphere throughout the hotel. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with a good variety of choices. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were great, but the apartment was dark, the toilet stunk, air conditioning didn’t work properly in the bedroom and the bathrooms flooded. Otherwise the hotel is outdated and decor tired. We won’t be staying there again.

Property is big and needs improvement… is getting old but for the price is very reasonable. The staff is amazing and always willing to help and the breakfast is ok.

Suha Jbr was in a perfect location. Right in the middle of the beach and the marina. Nice and spacious rooms. Room cleaning service was very good

We had a four bedroom apartment which was big and loads of space. The view on the 17 floor was beautiful specially we got to the the drone display from the balcony.
The accommodation was clean.
We had some issues with the flat and the management was quick to look at it.
The staff were nice and welcoming.

Great hotel for the price. Huge apartments with kitchens and washing machines. Great for familys. Good supermarket downstairs. Very nice way to be in the JBR on a budget.

Everything was prefect

The lounge is, which is great however, we encountered an issue with the one-bedroom accommodations that lack king-sized beds. This made it difficult for us to sleep comfortably, especially with the hot weather in Dubai."

The staff here are so friendly and welcoming. They have the upmost respect for the guests and are very helpful. I felt like a very special and important guest and they demonstrate that same behavior towards everybody. Big tick on customer service. The hotel was very spacious and great sized beds, we went for a 2 bed apartment and it was huge. Only issue was the rooms looked slightly dated and there were areas which looked like there was dirt, like the vents which some might not think much off but that is an area which could be harbouring bacteria and germs. The room service team do a great job and i feel perhaps this area needs specialist care due to its location and complexity due to it having moving parts. The area is absolutely ideal as its a short walk from the beach if you take the route from outside the plaza and forecourt. Taxis drop you off at the parking level on the ground floor and there are a load of food places who can drop to your door service. Overall i think 4 stars is a fair score but if it was just for the customer service then this place gets top marks

Property location was excellent, 5min walk to JBR Beach. Apartment I had wasn’t that great, AC in the bedroom was leaking and for some reason there were a lot of mosquitoes at night which kept on biting me
