Horrible staff

Hotel was clean and bed was very comfortable

Staff was meanest i ever experienced what ever place i have been in whole world. The woman behind the counter in the day of our arrival lied about the breakfast, she said that we don't have this, but when i showed her our booking confirmation where was cleary written - breakfast included, then she just gave us breakfast tickets without saying any word. When ever i had a question they, all of them just looked at me like an enemy, i asked about public
transpirt, i didn't get any answer, i asked about city map, they said that they don't have it, but behind the counter was stand wirh maps on it. The most horrible experience with hotel staff ever. But the guy in restaurant was friendly and nice.

The Beds were comfortable and the Staff was Friendly.

The "breakfast buffet " was the biggest joke I have ever seen.
The breakfast consisted of watery eggs, 3 biscuits, 1 Bagel, bacon and sausage and burnt toasted bread they tried to pass off as French toast. When I asked for OJ they told me they don't have any juice, only Soda or water. There pictures they had plastered all ober the hotel of their breakfast were a complete lie.
There were no coffee dispensers. I had to ask a server to bring me coffee, which ended up being cold and stale. They were not putting out anymore food for the people still coming in. Since there was only 3 biscuits left, I told my boys to share one so the people begind us could have one. When I asked for syrup, the server had no idea what i was asking for because he didnt speak any English. When the kitchen manager came out he told me they didnt have any syrup. My biggest problem with all of this is that they were still charging people $15/person for this! We had free breakfast coupons, as I would have turned right back around and left if anyone tried to hand me a bill. They should be ashamed of themselves charging people for this sorry excuse for a breakfast.
This Hotel is obviously trying to do whatever they can to cut corners. Our room had no hand soap, instead there was a bottle of shampoo attached to the wall to use for hand soap. There was no Hot water. My whole family had to take Luke warm showers for 2 days because they told us that " too many people were taking showers at the same time in the hotel ". I was embarrassed to have booked this hotel for my family.
