We felt comfortable and safe, enjoyed most staff, and had easy access to NOLA and downtown Gretna.
Pros:

Front desk staff were always friendly, helpful, and personable. The weekday breakfast server was on top of things. Housekeeping kept up with paper products and new towel. These staff made experiences at the hotel smooth and comfortable. The room was spacious and had enough storage for two people to settle in. The lobby was a comfortable place to wait for an Uber.

Cons:

Housekeeping may be understaffed. Cleanliness wasn’t up to IHG standards in rooms, elevators, or lobby floors. Everything could use deep vacuuming, mopping, and wall wipe downs. Not a dealbreaker, but it seems they may not have manpower to keep up with finer details. The Weeknd breakfast server was inattentive, service ware, plates, and condiments were often unavailable until requested. We were not offered drink refills. It’s a big job for one person and she could not keep up.

Very nice and accommodating otherwise
Pros:

King bed. Staff very nice all around

No vanity in bathroom just a sink and this was shocking and very hotel luxury. It seems this cook have been installed. I don’t think we were in a handicapped facility. No room to put make up do hair shaving etc

Cons:

I had an authorization hold which all hotels do and after your stay that hold usually drops. its been now 3 weeks since my stay at this location and it has still not dropped. each time i call "oh it takes this amount of days" "oh it depends on your bank" "oh its the kind of card you use"
