Smoke detectors were covered with plastic bags. No extra bedding/blankets for pullout. Stains/dirty bedspread. Uncomfortable beds. Charged by booking.com and Candlewood suites for the stay.

There wasn't any tissues in the room and little toilet paper . There was food on the counter.

Staff during checkout in the morning was extremely rude. Spoke with a curt & surly tone, never even making eye contact when being politely spoken to.

Pros:

Location was good - really close to University at Buffalo campus.
Rooms were really good and spacious, with a small kitchenette, which was helpful!

The utensils in the kitchenette were dirty - could not use any of it.

Solid apartment-style hotel
Pros:

Nice suite-style hotel located right off the highway. Well-equipped apartments and friendly staff. While we only stayed for one night, we both felt like it would have been ideal for a longer stay. Would certainly return here.

Cons:

A few more healthier options in the hotel grab-and-go store would be good.
