No me gustó nada. Muy mala atención. Muy caro el hotel. No limpian las habitaciones. Hay una recepcionista que no trata muy bien a los latinos. Todos los días tenía q bajar para que limpiaran la habitación y aún asi, no la limpiaban. Tuve muy nala experiencia en ese hotel. Pesé que tuve 18 dias hospedado ahi. No me volvería a quedar nunca mas en ese hotel

Cons:

Muy caro, muy mala atención. Hay una recepcionista que no tiene paciencia, ni carisma para atender a nosotros los latinos. No limpian la habitación casi. A veces pasaba una semana y no la limpiaban. Tenía que ir todos los dia a recepción a poner la queja para que me limpiaran la habitación y aún asi, tenían dias sin limpiarlo. No se lo recomiendo a nadie. Cobran demasiado caro y no hay buena atención, ni buen servicio

Need better housekeeping staff to service the rooms
Pros:

I liked the parking. The room was decent. The coffee was good.

Cons:

I didn't like that two of my pillows on one of the beds had stains it looked like it was makeup. I didn't like that housekeeping didn't service my room even after I requested. I didn't like that they never brought fresh towels or take out the trash. We were there for 3 days. We had to ask the front desk for our towels and bath items. There's only one set of elevators and only one elevator worked.

Very good stay overall. Likely to return to the property.
Pros:

Nicely appointed, well laid-out lobby / common area. Room was large enough and comfortable.

Excellent accommodations. Staff needs to adhere to hotel policies.
Pros:

Accommodations were incredible. Great mini kitchen. Bathroom was very nice. Bed was super comfortable.

Cons:

Overheard a guest complain because a front desk agent on mid shift gave a key to a woman who was not on the reservation. The women went inside and took the guest car keys. The only reason she did not steal the car was because it was a stick shift.
