Was under construction was not told this could not ck in even 30 min early water was off in rm ran out of shower gel breakfast was poor and also 45 min late will not be returning

Only 1 elevator was working. Upon exiting elevator carpet was extremely dirty, needed vacuuming. Toilet had brown spot, very disgusting! Shower water not draining. Tub floor very dirty, needed extreme cleaning! Bed had a stain.

Almost had to leave due to the smell of someone smoking weed it was so strong and the tub would not drain while showering and it’s the first hotel I’ve ever stayed at that had no breakfast not even in restaurant due to their cook not showing up

This hotel had a ghost of a staff. Not ran efficiently; spills on elevator lingered, breakfast was a no show. Had to switch rooms because of a leak and wet carpet, they were nice about it though. However, new room had no hot water at the sink. Tub was not clean in either room.

Phone did not work, beer bottles behind the night stand, very strong chemical smell, DIRTY FLOORS, no iron and when one was requested we never got it. Microwave was dirty. And our room was never cleaned. We had to track down the cleaning lady for towels!!!! The hallways smelled like mildew. And why did I stay… we were pressed for time, on both days we had a full itinerary and just didn’t have time.
AND THEY CHARGED ME TWICE FOR THIS RAGGEDY ASS ROOM. I NEED MY REFUND ASAP.

Pros:

The toilet ran continuously and did not flush. The sink.was stopped.up. After checking in we left and didn't return until after midnight, after showering i noticed the sink not draining. The toilet was running and had to be flushed several times before the paper went down, but continued to run. When i woke up the next morning it was still going. I reported it when i checked out.
