Pros:

Varied breakfast, decent sized room and friendly staff.

Cons:

They initially gave us a room that smelled of cigarette smoke, but we were able to change it to another one. The room also needed a deep cleaning.

Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Personal, tolle Frühstück mit Spielecke für Kindern, super Lage zur Strand und allen Sehenswürdigkeiten!

Cons:

Die Möbel sind teilweise relativ alt, aber mit der Preise kann man nichts meckern. Ich bin trotzdem zufrieden!

Not worth the price, there are better hotels in more convenient locations for cheaper prices
Pros:

The hotel is close to a nice beach area, and it’s not too far from most Laishan district attractions. The staff was mostly very nice. Lots of options for food service (although expensive).

Cons:

The room’s interior was aged with a very stained carpet and ceiling, broken lights, broken tiles and mirror in the bathroom, mold in the bathroom, the windows don’t open, and the air conditioning/heat would not change temperature despite being reset multiple times- making the room very cold.

Близко от огромного пляжа. Круглосуточный магазин с едой напротив. Просторные номера, никаких посторонних запахов, огромные окна, очень мягко и эффективно работает кондиционер. Огромные удобнейшие кровати. Сотрудники говорят по-английски. Очень отзывчивый грамотный сервис

Cons:

Why insult guests by demanding a 600 RMB deposit beyond the room rate? Do they automatically assume that their clients demolish the room or steal from them?

Why treat guests like boarding school children by fixing the air conditioning at a very cold 21C and making it impossible to change it? Reception told us the only way to make the room less cold was to switch it off completely. This made for an extremely unpleasant stay.

The dark brown and grey colour scheme of the room, combined with rather dim lighting (and the cold) is depressing.

The view

Cons:

The shower was broken, the floor in the toilet needed maintenance. The pillow selction was not comfortable.

The staff doesn't speak english, the common areas are not heated in winter and you need to wear a coat in the lobby and restaurant.

Stay away.
Pros:

Their AC system is simply bad, after sending someone to clean the filter, which didn’t help, after an hour sweating in the room they have changed me to another room, then to another room… was a bit better, but Temp. Will not go down to 23 C.
Besides, this is now an old ruined down place…
