Cons:

The room was dirty. The bed linens were all covered in huge stains. They kept the deposit and didn't even think about returning it! They retroactively charged for the service dog and two days of parking, even though they didn't mention it when you checked in! Basically, don't wait for your deposit; they won't give it back! Even if you have a service dog, they'll make you pay anyway! It's unthinkable!

not happy about paying for parking

regular facilities, it was fine. looked clean

Cons:

they charge $20 parking per night. what?? it's OC where half of the land is parking lots. WHY charge? This is the big reason I wouldn't return. I would come back because the hotel was fine. But it pissed me off that they charge for parking, So they just lost a customer who wouldve paid $140/night because of a measly $20 upcharge

also the bathroom door in my room closes automatically due to the hinge, i wish you could leave the door open???

Cons:

First time that I pay for breakfast and parking at a hotel. It is usually or from what I can remember, it's included, but not at this hotel. There always not parking for big trucks. I drove in with a Dodge Ram dually and had to double park.
