Pros:

Location is convenient and staff is friendly.

Cons:

Not very clean. There were chunks of something black (possibly dried mascara?) on a few of the towels. Floors were pretty dirty, especially in and around the corners. It's difficult to rest well when the room is questionable.

Pros:

Cama y almohadas cómodas, nevera amplia, muchos lugares para cargar el celular. Habitación amplia, escritorio, buen internet, sofá. Excelete presión de agua en la ducha. Ponen jabón, crema para la piel, champú, acondicionador y gorro de ducha(lo cual aprecio mucho). El secador de pelo tenía buena potencia. Había un espejo grande en el baño y pero de cuerpo entero. En el desayuno había pan, ponquecitos, cereales, café, leche, yogurt, banana, manzana, queso crema, mantequilla, jugo, huevos revueltos, bacón, etc

Will not stay here again
Pros:

The front desk representative was very helpful but quite overwhelmed with no help and alot of people waiting in line. I also liked the convenience of this hotel to where I had to work.

Cons:

The cleaning was not good it felt dirty more specifically in the bathroom, there was used toilet paper in the bathroom, the coffee maker was on the bathroom counter (gross), men walking around with beer and hanging around outside drinking/smoking. It did not feel safe and also had issues with loud music blasting which I had to report to the front desk.

The Byron location has been one of our favorite and we have never had a problem before. This time the room we were given
Pros:

The proximity is close to where my family lives and close to the venue for the funeral that I attended.

Cons:

The first day we saw one ladybug and by the fourth night, our ceiling was infested with them. They were flying around and my son spent the evening trying to kill them. We got no sleep that night.
