The professionalism at the front desk was amazing. The breakfast was amazing. I was pleased with my room, very clean and peaceful. I will definitely book again.

Disappointed.
Cons:

Receptionist was at the bar upon arrival, drinking with a couple guys. When she came to the desk to check us in, she was intoxicated, slurring words and off balance. Very unprofessional and unsafe. We checked out without spending the night. This is seedy.

No cold water, ran a bath for my kid and the water was scalding hot. Staff didn’t seem to care had to call GM days later for resolution.
