How long the one elevator took
Location
A lot of the furniture in the room was either broken, rotten from water damage, or chipped off. One bed was made the other was half made.
Location, breakfast and staff were top notch! Housekeeping and maintenance were also very professional. I think we encountered at least one person from each department in two days. All of the amenities were great! The pool was cold but the hot tub was very nice. We enjoyed our stay and will book again if we’re in this area.
We had a minor hiccup upon check in but Jessica handled it very quickly and professionally.
This listing and the Hyatt website showed this place to have an indoor heated pool. That in incorrect. We brought it to the attention of the staff and they assured us it would be fixed.
The noise was a lot. We were in room 531 right beside a “staff only” area and I don’t know what they were doing both mornings at 6:30 but it woke up our whole room. We had to get a fan for the second night to help drown out the noise. It helped a little but still noisy.
Location was good. Room was a good size. Liked having the sofa bed. Breakfast was awesome.
Needs some maintenance and updating. The parking lot was blocked off on one side due to an event, making it difficult to exit without driving around to different entrances.
Very clean rooms, great breakfast, very professional and courteous staff. It was also less than 2 miles from family.

Friendly atmosphere and staff and managers
Loved everything it was real close to what I was going to see. I was there to see the TNA Genesis pay-per-view. I was there last year in the same hotel. I was not going to get any other hotel I had so much fun their last year at your hotel that I did not look for any other hotel when I got this one. If they do the Genesis next year I will go back to your hotel again because I loved it.

Everything everyone was friendly & no complaints
No hot water in the room during 2 different stays - 2/21-2/22 and 1/31-2/1. Paid for early check in and was told I could not check in early. The person at the desk seemed irritated that I asked and said "I don't know what to tell you other than you cant." I had to ask her to refund me my $20 because that was also not offered initially, which she also seemed irritated about.
