The staff is super nice, professional and prepared, the location is quite practice
Pros:

Starting from the staff who were really kind, welcoming and professional, everything was pleasant and enjoyable, the staff and the structure were very welcoming, also the location was convenient and arriving by car we parked in front of the hotel

Cons:

Unfortunately our room was on the first floor, it didn't have a window and so I missed the light a bit especially when I woke up, but for the rest it was clean and well organised, the bathroom was large and full of comforts

Perfect Rome
Pros:

Loved our stay at Leon’s Place. We had a deluxe room and it was perfect. Staff were friendly and spoke much better English than my poor attempts at Italian. We’re good walkers and enjoyed the mile / mile and a half, long stroll into the main tourist area, but if you’re less of a walker, there’s metro and bus stops near. Breakfast was amazing, everything you could possibly need and plenty of very good coffee.
Hotel is spotlessly clean and decorated beautifully. I can’t wait to come back some day.

Oh and you must try the Romana Gelataria opposite. Our taxi driver said it was the best ice cream in Rome and I think she might be right.

Cute hotel near Termini station but away from the noise.
Pros:

Lots of charm. Great location near Termini station but far from the noise. Property was clean and had everything we needed.

Cons:

Room was dark when the curtains were closed and all the lights were on.

Must visit
Pros:

Wow!! I would definitely stay at Leon's Place again. Everything was exceptional from the greeting upon arrival (Matilda)-she was so sweet and answered all of the millions of questions we had, the buffet style breakfast, and the transportation to/from the airport. We had the deluxe room that had a terrace overlooking parts of Rome and the complimentary robes were a bonus. The room was clean, noise free, and the location was perfect (just outside of the super touristy areas).

Amazing hotel, lots of character
Pros:

I stayed with my parents for 5 nights and had a lovely time. We were greeted upon arrival by Leonardo and instantly felt so welcomed. Such a friendly and professional gentleman. All the staff in reception were fabulous, including Alessandro and the lady who wore the green dress! sorry I can't remember her name, she was lovely.
Rooms were so clean, housekeeping did an amazing job. Bed was so comfy and I slept so well every night. Yes it can be a little noisy on the second floor, but we are in a city so to be expected, however, that did not affect my quality of sleep. The hotel was quirky and I loved it.
The only thing I would say, is to maybe offer at least one option in the restaurant for a vegetarian, as I couldn't eat there and ate out each night. It wasn't an issue as we found amazing restaurants, but would be nice as an option.
Overall, we all had an amazing stay

Just perfect 😍
Pros:

The staff here are amazing, so friendly and helpful. Daniella was brilliant for tips, Martin on the bar, Alessandro on reception. So so friendly. The rooms are comfy, the bed was amazing. The location was great, close enough to walk and if you’re in heels, uber is not expensive from here. The decor was quirky and fun. Loved everything about it. The only downside was the hot tub was out of action when we were there, but the gym and sauna were a nice treat, an it didn’t affect our stay at all. Hope to go back soon ❤️😊 thank you to everyone, you made our mini break amazing.

Excellent
Pros:

Excellent hotel. Staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. Room was cleaned to a very high standard everyday. Lovely toiletries also in the room. Asked for an iron on the first night and one was brought to the room within seconds! Exceptional. Staff on check in were very friendly and throughout the duration of my stay.

Quite interesting
Pros:

Didn’t know what to expect from this reservation. Business trip, interesting photos online about, good reviews. The neighborhood is a very good one, ministries, nice restaurants around, embassies, pretty lively even after hours. Impressed by the decoration, very post, tasteful, innovative and elitist. Rooms are not very small, decent, well decorated and appointed nicely. Mine was at the lower level, full of mirrors, chic, nice bathroom, comfy beds. If you are claustrophobic ask for another one because this one had no windows, just a ceiling lamp mimicking the day light. Unfortunately there were no instructions how to open it si I gave up. For one night was ok. So ask them of there is a 0X number if it has windows. Otherwise all super fine. Good breakfast, good coffee, options and nice decorations. A pleasant short stay.
