Excellent 4-star hotel in an optimal location
Pros:

In my view, the hotel and the room met all my expectations for a 4-star property. Given its central location in Rome, the room is understandably on the smaller side, but it is more than adequate and very comfortable. The bathroom is spacious, well equipped, and finished to a high standard. Both the room and bathroom are tastefully appointed, with a modern and functional design.
The staff are exceptionally courteous and responsive to any requests. The location is ideal: within walking distance of Rome's major attractions and Termini station, yet far enough from the busiest tourist areas to provide a quieter and more relaxed atmosphere.

Cons:

The downsides are very minor. To be picky, the work desk is located in a window alcove, which can make laptop use a little challenging when the sun is strong. However, this is a small issue and did not materially affect my stay.

Wonderful! Would definitely visit again!
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and welcoming on arrival. The breakfast was delicious and had an amazing choice of foods. The location is also great you are an easy walk (30 mins) to some of the main tourist attractions, but you don't feel like you're in an overcrowded, super touristy part of Rome.

Cons:

The air conditioning - it was warm when we visited and it would have been great to have a cold room. However, it was bearable!

The hotel is beautifully decorated. Matilde at the front desk was a gem as she was extremely helpful and courteous.

Perfeita do atendimento a localização
Pros:

Desde o atendimento da recepção até o conforto do quarto. Tudo muito bom.
Limpeza e presteza.
Ficamos 3 noites e na primeira noite só tinha quarto pra cadeirante aí no dia seguinte eles levaram nossas malas pra outro quarto e foi tudo muito tranquilo.
