Nice place in a [more] quiet street. Personal is helpful, premises are clean and you get enough comfort. Breakfast was rich enough and we had possibility to schoose from variety of dishes.
The pool is really small, and you get sun just for an hour or two (if you want to relax by the pool lying in the sun). Sound isolation between rooms could be improved.

This place should be rated 5 stars. The service and staff were exceptional.
We stayed for 3 nights in a City Aura room. It’s was a decent enough room with the biggest bed I’ve ever seen. The bed does take up a lot of the space in the room.
We requested a walk in shower as some rooms show shower over bath. The bathroom was a bit tight but for a short stay it’s fine. Free mini bar is a nice touch. It was a bit noisy on one of the nights but that was a Saturday night.
The breakfast is delicious with enough selection to suit all. We ate in the restaurant in the evenings and the food was excellent. Maybe a bit more expensive than eating outside but worth the extra. The restaurant staff are simply lovely. So friendly and always happy, welcoming and smiling. It was my birthday and they were really sweet singing happy birthday and prepared some cakes. Really nice hotel in a central location, we had a super stay
Lovely hotel in a good location. Lovely breakfast and gluten-free catered for no problem. Rooms were very clean and comfy. Staff very friendly and helpful.
This was a wonderful hotel. Aaron and Audi were very welcoming and all the staff were so kind and attentive. They all helped to make it a great place to stay in a really nice part of the city. Highly recommended!

Location was great, pool and pool bar were fabulous and the staff were amazing! So kind, helpful and friendly! Special mention to Kaiser who was always waiting for us with a towel when we got out of the pool and to Joyce for her fabulous bar tending skills. Two staff who went above and beyond and made our stay extra special 😊

Excellent position in District 1. Knowledgeable door concierge, rooms and breakfast excellent. A 5* venue.
Le hall d’entrée est magnifique, la salle à manger vitrée est très lumineuse avec une vue (12e étage) sur la ville , les chambres sont propres et le personnel est accueillant et gentil.
Les corridors et les chambres auraient besoin d’une rénovation. Les tapis dans les corridors dégagent une mauvaise odeur. Le mobilier est vieux, il manque d’éclairage dans les chambres et elles ne sont pas très bien insonorisées… on entend les portes qui claquent, les voisins qui parlent et qui utilisent les toilettes et les douches. De plus, le plancher de la salle de bain est inondé chaque fois qu’on prend une douche.
