I was very pleased with everything
The room was nice. The beds were comfortable. The location was great. I would definitely return.
Lovely corner room with view of the city. Comfortable bed and great shower. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were so friendly. The pool area is ok, if you’re tall it’s hard to get into the pool, but the afternoon cocktails were great. I highly recommend a hair wash treatment in the spa, it was awesome!
Pool access but the water was clean and refreshing

Very good location, you can easily get to the central shopping malls, or quickly explore the more local foods area. Hotel is clean, bed is comfy. The hotel staffs are very helpful, Flora and Andy helped us with check-in and check-out smoothly.

I'd asked for early check in. They agreed to 1pm. Yet wouldn't give any room until 2pm even though a large group of people had started to line up. They were still giving people rooms at 3pm. This could have been easily avoided.
The pool isn't in a great location, it's very hard to get into.
Hotel isn't great for people with disabilities. 20 large steps to get into the hotel and a full flight of stairs if you want breakfast
