Excellent hôtel, je recommande le personnel est formidable, le petit déjeuner est excellent,la piscine est très bien , l'emplacement de l'hôtel est top, vous ne serez pas déçu.
Mauvaise expérience au départ de l'hôtel.
Politique de l'hôtel: si par malheur vous perdez une carte de votre chambre, on vous exigera 4 euros (120 000 dong) de dédommagement. Pour un hôtel milieu / haut de gamme à 260 euros soit 75e par nuit, et des cartes de chambre d'hôtel à 20 centimes la production, la pilule ne passe pas. Pas du tout commerçant. Je n'ai jamais vu ca parmi mes voyages.
Et qu'importe qu'il soit 7h du matin et que votre taxi vous attende avec les valises dans la voiture.

The rooms are spacious and actually look like the photos. It’s one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly and accommodating
There are stairs without rails leading up to the hotel which isn’t a big deal but may be good to know for anyone with mobility issues. The staff were great and carried our stroller up and down for us each day

Hotel needs some renovations and maintenance in the rooms. Visible wear and tear on furniture and fittings.
I had a pleasant six-night stay here. Breakfast was excellent. The desk staff was very kind. The cafe staff was exceptional. The room was clean, comfortable and with AC it was nice and cool. The door/bell staff were nice, but a bit much sometimes.
The neighborhood is great in District 1 and just half a block from lovely Tao Dan Park, which was my daily destination, and now one of my favorite parks.
I definitely recommend this hotel.
