Impeccable service
Pros:

A wonderful find! The hotel is in a prime location, making it incredibly easy to explore the area. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-appointed with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It’s excellent value for money, but what truly sets this hotel apart is the team. The staff members were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and genuinely looked after us.
I’d like to personally thank Jodie, Jasmine, Luna, Flora, Jessica, Audi, Tyson, Andy, Dario, and David for their outstanding hospitality. A special thanks to Rachel from the breakfast service for her keen eye and meticulous attention to detail. Thank you very much for a memorable stay

Pros:

Nice location, amazing staff and breakfast was pretty generous / had a lot to offer.
The restaurant on the last floor is also very good!

Cons:

The pictures are completely misleading for the pool, we didn’t even enjoyed it considering it’s outside and giving on the road (very noisy)
The isolation of the rooms is not very good and you can hear almost everything from other rooms / corridor.
The gym is very very small, but same as the picture.

Pros:

Great hotel. Good location, clean and staff friendly and helpful. Stayed in the signature suite and absolutely loved it. From the welcome drink to the complimentary high tea this was an amazing experience.

Nice hotel in a good location
Pros:

Great location, plenty of places near by to eat and not too far to walk to the main attractions.
All staff were great , particularly the door men.
The hotel provides a great breakfast with a good selection for all types of appetites.
I did have a problem with my hair dryer and this was resolved super quickly.

Cons:

We had a double bed and my side of the bed, the mattress and been packed out with towels?? Not sure what this was trying to achieve but perhaps to hide the dip in the bed? However the dip was far more comfortable than laying on multiple hard towels.
Also the shower leaked badly so the shower room was flooded after each use.
