Exceeds Luxury for a short visit
Pros:

This place exceeded my expectations, I can't remember all the hostess names I think June one of them allowed me to check in earlier than expected my room was ready. Arrival drink/nibbles while I was waiting to sign - check into my room. I had corner executive suite, 2 beer, 2 water, 2 soft drink DAILY in my fridge, air-con, gym, pool, and the friendly service from the kitchen, Rachel & Ellie was amazing always smiling as you enter each day for breakfast. HUGE array of hot food displays, endless supply of cakes, fruits, juices, tea/coffee, eggs cooked to your liking. I had free vouchers for the week 3-6pm for High Tea, selection of cakes, hot finger foods, and tea of your choice. The amazing bellboys always open the door for you as you walk up the stairs and greet you with a smile.

Cons:

Only 1 bad thing I can say about this place is one morning it sounded like drilling or banging as if the room was being renevated, but it only lasted for a few hours, other than that not anything to complain about.

Comfortable stay in great location
Pros:

Lovely corner room with view of the city. Comfortable bed and great shower. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were so friendly. The pool area is ok, if you’re tall it’s hard to get into the pool, but the afternoon cocktails were great. I highly recommend a hair wash treatment in the spa, it was awesome!
