Excellant - we will book again next stay all going well

Unfortuntalty we only stayed one night and was unable to have breakfast next morning as we booked a tour and they picked up us real early . so cant comment on breakfast

The location

Cons:

The pictures of the hotel have very little to do with the reality. It's absolutely not a luxury hotel. It's aged and needs renovating to keep to the standard of a 4 stars hotel.
The swimming pool is indoor and smells not so inviting. The whole floor of gym, swimming pool and spa doesn't smell like a place where you can spend relaxing time there.
The breakfast is poor.
The bathroom is old smelly.

Polecam, pokoje czyste, śniadania smaczne i spory wybór. Ogólnie OK

Dzień dobry , pracownicy w hotelu bardzo profesjonalni, pomocni, a ich uśmiech i troska jest godna naśladowania. Pani Rachel w restauracji na 12 piętrze mega pozytywna, urocza dbała o komfort podczas śniadań zwracając uwagę na każdego oraz na każdy szczegół. SPA - tu trochę rozczarowań. W miejscu, gdzie człowiek powinien się zrelaksować panował chaos i brak profesjonalizmu. Panie głośno rozmawiały między sobą, wychodziły na dłuższe chwile co skracało czas opłaconej usługi.

Lovely hotel, great room ands excellent location.
Pros:

We had a lovely stay in the Signature Suite at Harmony Saigon. The room had great features and the indoor jacuzzi bath was a real luxury.

Service was generally excellent, particularly Rachel in the restaurant team who was waiting every morning with a smile and couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful.

We particularly enjoyed the complimentary afternoon tea each day.

The location was perfect - close enough to all the central sights and restaurants either to walk or use Grab taxi.

Cons:

Whilst the room has great features, the bathroom in general could do with some updating. The outside jacuzzi whilst also a real attraction for us to book this hotel/room does also require some refurbishment/ updating to give it the luxury feel you expect.

Given is the premium room in the hotel, it can be a little noisy from the hotel air conditioning units and the restaurant chairs upstairs.

Pros:

Le staff est très sympa et aidant si besoin.
Le petit déjeuner est copieux.
La chambre est spacieuse, propre et à tout ce qu il faut (on entend qq peu les voisins mais c est un peu un classique)
Les massages sont exceptionnels
L emplacement est nickel pour se déplacer pas mal à pieds, resto et supérettes à côté.
