In die Jahre gekommen - aber ok - das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und das Highlight

Sehr freundliches Personal und tolle Lage

Cons:

Das Handling für Hausgäste im Wellness-Bereich ist fragwürdig merkwürdig - man muss bar zahlen und kann das nicht wie in vorherigen Jahren einfach an der Wellness-Rezeption auf das Zimmer buchen lassen - darüber wurde auch nicht beim Check-In hingewiesen

Pros:

Das Radisson Hotel war schön und das Frühstück sehr ausreichend.

Cons:

Wir hatten im City Hotel gebucht, konnten es jedoch nicht gleich auf Anhieb finden, da wir nicht wussten, dass es zum Radisson gehört. Die City Appartements lagen daher außerhalb vom Radisson Hotel und waren auch schlechter ausgestattet. Wir sind Sonntags angereist und hatten Montags an der Rezeption bescheid gesagt, daß die Toilettenspülung ständig läuft.....das war am Karfreitag unserer Abreise noch nicht erledigt.
Und die Federbettenzudecke war viel zu warm und schwer,das Kissen hatte ich schon austauschen lassen. Die Anlage selbst ist sehr schön.

Pros:

Wellnessbereich und Frühstück war toll . Das Hotel sieht sehr schön aus und das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Bisschen moderner dürfte es sein. Zudem gehen die Türen schwer auf und reiben am Teppichboden. Die Matratzen sind zu weich . Leider hat das den Gesamteindruck nicht wiedergegeben.

Radebeul bietet sehr viel Auswahl sich zu beschäftigen, beim nächsten Mal aber lieber im anderen Hotel

Das Foyer ist schön, ein ganz toller Empfang sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich

Die Anlage ist gut gemacht leider ist es in den Villen sehr abgewohnt

Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. ich würde das Hotel wieder benutzen, wenn es so bleibt.
Pros:

Ich habe nur übernachtet, denn ich war zu Besuch bei Verwandten, bei denen ich aber nicht schlafen konnte, Das Zimmer hat meine Erwartungen erfüllt. Es war sauber und gut ausgestattet.
