My 2nd home during the Journey runs
The location was great. Checking in was easy and parking was good.
The property needs a little TLC. The exterior needs some updating. The interior needs some refreshing and better cleaning.

the hotel exceeded expectations in cleanliness and overall friendliness of staff. i would love to stay again the price is a little high is my only complaint.
the price is a little steep. compared to the other hotels in the area the value is good the only other competitor being the red roof inn is terrible i would choose clarion point everytime even though it costs slightly more.
Good location
Booked King bed but got a queen bed room 202.
Complainted to receiption desk but he did not care. He told me if I did not like, I can canceld and he can refund at midnight. No king room. No sorry. He had a 2 beds room, but pay more.

It was dirty. Our white bedding had very clear stains on it, and a very long hair… right I the middle of the comforter. Climate control didn’t work very well, as it muggy in the room. And yes, I know Tennessee is humid this time of year, but it was ridiculous in this room. The hot breakfast was not hot. There was a waffle iron and hot water with instant oatmeal… that’s the extent of the hot breakfast. The only other options were sugar cereal, yogurt, and apples. There wasn’t even toast. And, most egregious of all, the coffee carafe was empty.
