El servicio del personal es muy buena, son atentos y serviciales.

Cons:

No cumplieron la reserva. Pague una habitación con dos camas y recibi una cama y un sofá en pésimo estado. Eramos 4 personas asi que 2 no pudieron dormir. Solo habia 3 toallas para 4 personas.

Cons:

The term balcony was a joke because you could barely stand on it. Nothing on the grounds seemed to be fully open. Dining amenities were lacking.

I had an incredible dining experience here, thanks to the exceptional service from waiter Ramon and the impeccably clean atmosphere that made everything feel welcoming and upscale. From the moment he greeted us, Ramon was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and went above and beyond—refilling drinks, offering perfect recommendations, and making our meal memorable with his genuine warmth and efficiency. The place was spotless tables and floors to the pristine restrooms, which immediately put us at ease and elevated the whole vibe.
Ramon is a true standout; his customer service skills are top-tier, and I'd love to see him training the rest of the staff—he'd set an unbeatable standard! We'll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Will always stay here when in penasco
Pros:

we had a beach front room downstairs.. it was amazing with the views, staff was amazing-they had karokee at night which was family friendly! I will def recommend and stay there AGAIN!
