Just a stay not much
Pros:

The morning and evening swims considering during this time, Tana has a cold weather so was great to have access to the pool.

Cons:

The breakfast could use more options and improvement. Its too French and lacks the African authenticity especially considering Tana market has several options that could make it more interesting.

Pros:

Le petit dejeuner et l’emplacement stratégique à côté de super marché et restaurants sympa

Cons:

Le prix de la nuitée ne vaut pas les prestations dans la chambre. Pas de peignoir ou de serviettes pour les cheveux. Une seule serviette pour le corps est fournie pour tout.
La tele n’est pas compatible avec Netflix,
Et le personnel est froid, presque patronizing quand on fait une remarque.

It is ok but can do better
Pros:

I liked the quietness of the rooms and the restaurant. The bed was good size with clean linen. A table made it easy for me to work with my laptop, and the TV screen large enough to enable good reading.

Cons:

It was not nice to have only one towel (the rapping towel) only. I expected at least 2 towels (wrapping and washing towel as well. The towels were also packed at a hidden place that I had to call reception thinking they had forgotten to put the towels.

Disrespectful management

Cons:

Despite having reported it to the hotel management, I was woken up each day before 7AM to construction noises inside the hotel, right next to my room, with the management pretending like like nothing is going on , I even showed them a video and zero action was taken which I personally took as an absolute disrespect to me and to the guests

Un personnel pas à la hauteur d’un 3 étoiles du tout

Les équipements et le confort de la chambre

Cons:

Les différents problèmes rencontrés avec le personnel « erreur » de rendu de monnaie, viande servie cru au restaurant, geste commercial décevant au vu des divers problèmes rencontrés.
