We love the comfort, the quiet and the size of the rooms. The staff was friendly and the location was 5 mins from the hospital I was having my surgery at. This is our go to hotel when staying in San Antonio!

It was clean and the room was chilled nicely. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was decent and I enjoyed that they had non-dairy options. I enjoyed my time here and even extended my stay one night.
The bathroom was weird. The sliding door to the toilet was directly in front of the bed and it didn’t close all the way.
Side note: It is on a one way road and I had to make a u-turn every time we left. This might be difficult with a larger vehicle. Also, gps kept sending us through the Tesla parking lot to get in which was strange.
Room smelled of mildew, trash under sofa couch. When we arrived people were blasting music with inappropriate words for my children that led to questions that shouldn't have had to come up.
The best part we all liked was the breakfast. We just recommend you always have the non pork options as well.
We did not like that there was not lock on the bathroom door and the bathroom fan didn't work at all so some people had to use the lobby restroom.

Pros: the hotel was great for a family trip. I was traveling solo with four kids. It was a very family-friendly atmosphere. The pool was really nice! My kids loved it. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic… specifically because they had non-dairy milk (almond milk) available which is something we always have to travel with ourselves for my son. But they had the exact kind we buy which made it wonderful. The hotel is cashless, including the washer and dryer, so you have to download an app in order to wash and dry. Do not tap to pay at the card machine in the laundry room. It will eat your money and never start the machine. So you HAVE to download the app, but it’s fine because it gives you a free wash for downloading. They sell detergent in the lobby. The elevator ran smoothly. Parking was easy. The front desk staff was SO nice. The toilet and shower are separate which was neat! I could shower without my kids needing to barge in to use the bathroom.
Cons: the room did smell very strongly of ammonia. Unsure if it was pet urine in the carpet or chemical cleaners or both. But it was very strong and noticeable. And the room soap bars/makeup removers/coffee cups/sugars etc never got replenished the entire stay. BUUUUT out of all the things that could have gone wrong these are not deal breakers for us.
We genuinely had a great stay. It was a great location for everywhere we had to visit, such as university health hospital to visit a family member, and Leon Valley for summer camp, and another family member up by Sea World. It was pretty easy to navigate.
Also, our shower didn’t drain on arrival but I texted the front desk and they fixed it immediately! I was impressed with the customer service.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent from the moment I arrived until I checked out. The staff were always polite, professional, and genuinely helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The rooms were outstanding and spotlessly clean, spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to suit every taste. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I truly appreciate the hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future.
Location worked for our needs.
Beds/pillows were not comfortable. Did not like sliding frosted doors for the toilet and seperate shower in the room across from beds.
The gentleman at the front desk and the night manager we're awesome!! They go above and beyond!!
There's was nothing at all to complain about!! It was perfect!!
