Love the stay....but please, do something about the towels!

Cons:

Bath towels were completely unsatisfactory. Terribly rough, scratchy, and non-absorbent. Seriously, like sandpaper.

Stay could have been better
Pros:

Location, cleanliness, quiet

Cons:

Breakfast - barely edible, poor selection
Portico - flashing (strobe) light at night that has not been fixed in over 2 months (read that on another review)
Housekeeping - had to request that even though we had just checked in.
Internet connection - No ability to charge any devices, had to purchase adaptors.

Bed was comfortable

Cons:

Hot water issue. Told at check-in that the motel was at 15 percent capacity. At 6 am there was warm water by 7 none in the building. Tried to say everyone was showering at once. Just once it would be nice if someone was honest about an issue. The hot water heater wasn’t working properly.

We loved the size of the room with the small living area. The pillows and bed were very comfortable.

Cons:

The swimming pool was green and the water was slightly cloudy. There was an area in the room where the carpet was lifting up in front of the door.
