Pros:

Hotel davvero eccellente! Mi è piaciuto tantissimo il soggiorno, ma soprattutto desidero fare i complimenti allo staff della reception: tutti sono stati estremamente gentili, professionali e sempre disponibili. L'accoglienza e il modo in cui trattano gli ospiti fanno davvero la differenza. Grazie di cuore, tornerò sicuramente! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ótima localização.
Pros:

O hotel é muito bem localizado! Próximo da estação é das principais atrações da cidade.

Passabile per un breve soggiorno
Pros:

Posizione ottima, vicino a tutto.

Cons:

Il personale poco cordiale ma comunque ci hanno dato la possibilità di lasciare lì le valigie dopo il check out così che potessimo continuare a visitare la città prima di tornare a ritirarle per andare in aeroporto.

The location is very good. The price normal, not expensive.

Cons:

I did not like the fact that I had to give the key each time I left the apartment and take it when I came back. The staff explained it was for security, and that if I took a key and someone robbed the room, they would not be responsible unless I left the keys at reception. I did not feel comfortable with it either way. Some workers were professional, but one of them was quite arrogant and talked to me in a very impolite manner...it looks like he lacks hospitality education. The room was super basic; you do not have a cup or a teapot. The mattress is old and too soft...well, for this money, I understand it shouldn't be high-level...but at least a kettle would compensate for other things.

Pros:

La posizione è ottima per tutto. Vicino alla stazione centrale e in zona centrale per raggiungere tutto.

Cons:

La camera era pulita ma purtroppo la tenda della doccia lasciava uscire l'acqua con il rischio di allargare tutto e c'era un odore di urina per cui era meglio lasciare la porta aperta del bagno per cambiare aria.

Pros:

El hotel tiene una muy buena ubicación, la habitación era amplia y bastante simple. El único inconveniente fue que no había ascensor, aun que está aclarado en la descripción. Las escaleras hasta el tercer piso no eran cómodas.

Mooie plek maar geen fijn hotel

De locatie is geweldig, aan een gezellig plein vlak bij de Grand Place en het Centraal Station. De 'receptie' (een kleine balie halverwege de trap) is ook dag en nacht bemenst. Maar sommigen receptionisten waren niet erg vriendelijk; die keken lieve TV of op hun telefoon. (Het lijkt me ook een rotbaan, de hele dag op een overloop zitten voor maar 15(?) kamers.

Cons:

De kamer. Het was natuurlijk extreem warm weer de afgelopen week. En de kamer had geen airco. Maar het raam kon ook niet open, vanwege grote loeiende koelmachines daar direct achter. Het hotel had wel een ventilator aan het voeteneinde van het bed neergezet. Maar het snoer was veel te kort om bij een stopcontact te komen.
En zouden er nog veel hotels zijn met een laken en ouderwetse dekens?

Abbiamo soggiornato presso l’Hotel The Moon durante il nostro weekend a Bruxelles. La posizione è sicuramente il punto di forza della struttura: si trova a pochi passi dalla Grand Place e permette di raggiungere comodamente a piedi le principali attrazioni della città.

La camera era semplice ma pulita e dotata dei servizi essenziali per un breve soggiorno. Gli spazi non sono particolarmente ampi e l’arredamento risulta un po’ datato, ma nel complesso l’ambiente è accogliente.

Il personale si è dimostrato disponibile e gentile durante il soggiorno. La struttura è ideale per chi desidera visitare Bruxelles privilegiando la posizione e la praticità piuttosto che i servizi di un hotel di categoria superiore.

Nel complesso è stata un’esperienza positiva e lo consigliamo a chi cerca una sistemazione centrale per trascorrere qualche giorno alla scoperta della città.
