The staff was friendly and the food was okay.
I asked for a handicap accessible room. I was placed on the 1st floor. I couldn’t get my mom’s walker or wheelchair into the bathroom and there were no rails for the toilet but there was in the bathtub. There was paint all over the floors, the vents were covered in dust, and spider webs on the walls. Breakfast and social hour would have been more enjoyable if people from outside the actual hotel were not coming in. I was told there were multiple buildings owned by the hotel and everyone was welcome to come eat. A lot of those people were rude and were constantly bumping into the tables or moving tables around which left no place to sit.
Great location near the outlet mall Good breakfast provided and cookies at night.
Front desk staff were great. Breakfast and nighttime snack were also good.
Maids kept turning the air conditioner either off or up to 80 so room was always hot when we got back to it. Took 2 hours to cool it back off each time. Floors were noisy as in we couldn't walk across the room with our it echoing within the room and am sure it was also for the room below us. ( 10 year old walks heavy weights 67. Lbs. Her walking sounded like a heavy adult walking from the echos it made.)
El desayuno . No había variedad ..
Very affordable. Good location. Helpful staff. Clean room. Nice furniture. Safe location. Up to date facility.
They do have an indoor pool, but it is only 3ft deep all the way around. So its really only for kids and that's ok, but it would have been good to know that first. Bathroom is small and a bit tight. There is no bathroom fan so that's fun. Mattress was firm and comfortable but pillows were not. Bring your own pillow.
Near many attractions
Elevator was not working our entire stay. Room was on 3rd floor. A lot of steps with luggage. Our room was labeled as a balcony room, there was not a balcony. Our view was all roof. There was a patio at the end of hall with very worn furniture.
Cleanliness
The staff and the location.
Air conditioner was working but room didn't seem like it cooled down. Had it set on 63 and still didn't notice a change. The TV remote off/on button didn't work along with the one bulb on the lamp by the bed. The frig had some kind of leak on the bottom shelf. The room was ok but just those minor things I listed.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds were very comfortable
The pool room was very humid. Would have been nice with some ventilation. Could use a little remodel
The staff were very personable and helpful
The TV in our room had to be rebooted by pulling out the microwave and hitting the reset button on the surge protector.
The toaster in the breakfast area did not work - we were told yeah, we have been waiting for it to be replaced. The most serious issue was the elevator went down on Friday night and there was no expectation of repair when we left on Sunday morning. An ambulance had to be called on Saturday morning to help a senior citizen make it down the stairs. What would the liability have been for no egress from the upper floors of the building if there had been a serious need for evacuation or if there had been a serious medical issue. Totally unacceptable in anyone’s book.
