Crap- just crap

That it was cheap. ( I guess you get what you pay for)

Cons:

Breakfast was gross, coffee was gross, I don't think anyone has ever cleaned the coffee machine. Cookies and Ice cream doesn't start until 9:00 pm but they make the cookies 3 hours before which makes them gross and hard by the time you allowed to eat them. Ice cream was disgusting and watery. Rooms stunk.

Pros:

The beds were comfortable. The hotel is in a good location

Cons:

The a/c seemed to not work very well. It was hot in the room. The whole place smelled very musty, especially the room. They was hair all over the room and spots all over the sheets. Floors look like they haven't been cleaned. Just the whole place was dirty.

Better than most as far as cleanliness and breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Pros:

Rooms were clean. Beds comfy. Staff friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very good except for utensils that were like rubber. Evening ice cream and cookies amazing. Location was not so great because of walking distance to attractions

Recommend a VERY THOROUGH check of your bed, box springs, behind the beds, and removing all bedding.
Pros:

Staff was friendly. The manager did not follow up next day to discuss our concern of refund. However, they did make things right and refund our stay.

Cons:

The rooms appeared to be recently remodeled but there were noticeable stains and wear on some of the bedding. On arrival we did our best to check for bedbugs. I regret not doing a more thorough search! By the time we explored Branson we were only in our room a couple of hours. Once headed to bed for the night they started coming out. From very small
to large. They did offer us a room across the hall. We decided it would be best to checkout and travel home, get showers, and wash and bag all belongings. This was our first ever experience with bed bugs and we were terrified!!!
