Recommend a VERY THOROUGH check of your bed, box springs, behind the beds, and removing all bedding.
Pros:

Staff was friendly. The manager did not follow up next day to discuss our concern of refund. However, they did make things right and refund our stay.

Cons:

The rooms appeared to be recently remodeled but there were noticeable stains and wear on some of the bedding. On arrival we did our best to check for bedbugs. I regret not doing a more thorough search! By the time we explored Branson we were only in our room a couple of hours. Once headed to bed for the night they started coming out. From very small
to large. They did offer us a room across the hall. We decided it would be best to checkout and travel home, get showers, and wash and bag all belongings. This was our first ever experience with bed bugs and we were terrified!!!

I could stay again
Pros:

The location was excellent walking distance to all attractions!!

Cons:

I wasnt granted wifi each time I tried it said I wasn't registered in the room,

Overall good stay, staff was very kind , great location, pool is very cold not great for the elderly or small children t
Pros:

Great location, comfortable beds, great staff.

Cons:

We were there for 4 mornings and the breakfast was the same every morning, it got old after day 2. Pool was actually an ice bath. Some areas could have used a better cleaning.

We will book this hotel again for our next trip to branson!
Pros:

The room wasn't huge but not small. It was exactly what was needed for our short stay. The bed was comfortable as well. Overall, we would stay there again. The location was perfect as well. Did not expect that when the room was originally booked.

Cons:

The only possible problem that wasn't really a problem was the nightstand. More accurately the lack of a nightstand on the window side of the bed. My wife and I both use a CPAP machine to sleep. We really needed one on both sides. But we wheeled over a chair and used it as a temporary fix, so it didn't pose too much of a problem.
