I find them bit dodgy as I booked room for 4 (2Adults+2 Kids) and they provided only single bed. As standard 1 bed apartment no plates, iron and stand was available and provided on request.

The staff was super useful! Very polite and nice.
The amenities in the apartment are lacking if staying only for a couple of days. No hand towels, no towels in the kitchen, no dish soap

Good overall stay ..need bit extra cleanliness and house keeping services have to b improved a lot

The staff were very Professor and respectful but the condition of the property is not good, very old and horrible smell even if the clean, the smell in the hallway and rooms. Dusty windows and poor WIFI connection.

I am a regular visitor to this hotel. The rooms are large and affordable. and the location is convenient for me. There is a magic view from the balcony. I extend my thanks to Mr Nityandan for his dedication and friendly service in ensuring the rooms are clean.

It’s good place but they have to fix WiFi and air conditioning it’s really bad

It was a really lovely stay, the view from the pool and the gym is stunning.
Housekeeping staff and Front Office team are super amazing helped me check in early as 6am.
I would suggest that they put in basics like dish washing liquid, dish towels and table mats.
lots of restaurants around and 2 min from Wafi Mall and close to main attractions.

The location is very convenient and has number of food options and a super market nearby. Accessibility to Sheikh Zayed road in 5

This property was horrible! We booked a non smoking room for 4 people. We were given a smoking room and with 2 single beds. I complained about the bed on the first night and the front desk staff said that single beds are fine for 4 people and we should Adjust! I asked for a roll away bed and they said that I will be charged 120 per night, then they said they can reduce the change to 60. Finally they agreed to giving us the bed at no cost. As for the smoking room, they cleaned it the following day but the sofa still had the smell.
The TV did not work for our entire visit and there was no one to come fix it.
The pool was not heated and was basically useless.
Breakfast was at the restaurant below called Spinzer. On our first day, we saw a cockroach near the bread basket.
Every other day or so, I had to request towels and water bottles...somehow they forgot to leave them during cleaning.

This was my second stay, first was awsome but this time was horrible, room condition is bad, not clean and they don’t clean properly

I was given a horrible room on my first day. Weird noise like banging the table within the room every 30 to 40 mins thru out the night. Unable to catch my sleep at all. Requested for room change. Was given reply that room change can be done on availability. Demanded to speak to manager. Again a lot of reason like manager not around, attending briefing in other property. Front desk staff Shahid was very helpful and smart. He delivered as promised to do room change and handled my needs till checkout. Potter, IILad or Lihad can t remember his name was very helpful too.

I liked the quiet surrounding except for some few noisy clients. What I did not like was the location. It is far from the metro for easy commuting

Was an ok hotel, not many amenities. Not a memorable one unfortunately.

The living room and room are so specious. The hallway is clean and comfortable.

In a great location and price . Would recommend. Only downside was the bed could have been softer. Otherwise for price and location good. Suite was clean and good working order.

nice comfort no complain

We were visited the same 3 years back and it was very good that time in term of service and cleanliness but this time it was pethetic and will not recommend anyone to stay in this Appartment even if they offer you free.

I spent 6 nights in Dubai and booked this hotel. Hotel rooms were clean and staff was very helpful. Hotel has a small swimimg pool and gym that was nice. Hotel has a mosque nearby that was very useful for prayers etc.

The pillows were washed and not comfy. Despite Keepnig the room service sign, the staff did not keep the soap or shampoo. Useless to call the reception, it takes ages for them to answer. The towels looked suspecious and dirty!! Prepare your self for Uber Taxi service as no taxis around the area. I found a cockroach one night, they need pest control.
