beautiful but rooms may need attention

the food, the location, the staff, the service everything on that side was lovely the staff were really helpful, friendly and welcoming, the hotel was lovely, quiet and the food was amazing

Cons:

our room let it all down, there were lipstick and dust marks on the glasses next to the bottle of water, thick dust inside the wardrobe, dust on the bed, around the bed and the bedside tables, there was a little notepad and pencil on the beside table and it was filthily and dusty with an eyelash to add to it, the tea and coffee station was dusty and the cups smelt like they had just been rinsed and not washed as you could still smell the coffee/ milk in them ,i had to wash them with soap before using, cobwebs around the window

The spa, the room, the food, the staff were FABULOUS! We l didn’t want to leave
