We visited recently for dinner at Khyma. Had an amazing meal. Mr Sadakat , Mr Banty took good care✨🌟 . Loved the food by Master Chef Dhansingh🌟. The prawns was fresh and juicy🌸. We regularly visit and Mr Jaisingh allways ensures that we have allways have a grand time.🌹

Nehal, the General Manager, has been absolutely incredible. He went above and beyond to help us during our stay, especially after we had a very disappointing experience at another hotel. Thanks to his kindness and efficiency, he arranged a room for us straight away, which we truly appreciated. No noise at all, very calm and great value for money. Location is great for wedding shopping, and over atmosphere is fabulous.

The food has been fantastic, the rooms are spotless and beautifully refurbished , particularly on the third floor and every member of staff we’ve encountered has been warm, welcoming, and genuinely lovely.

Overall, this has been an outstanding stay and a wonderful experience. We’re so grateful for the exceptional service and care shown throughout our visit.

I my recent visit to Mumbai,I stayed as always in Sea
Princess and was amazed to see grand positive change. The restaurant was the one which I found many varieties food and dishes added .
Staff as my always experience was loving ,kind and helpful.

Disappointing experience for a 5-star rated hotel
I am currently staying at Sea Princess Hotel, and unfortunately my experience so far has been very disappointing for a property rated as a 5-star hotel.
The rooms are outdated and unclean. Mirrors were visibly dirty, and there was dust and dirt in the corners of the room. One of the bedside lamps was fixed using sellotape, which is unacceptable at this standard. Noise insulation is poor — I can clearly hear guests next door, traffic outside, and aeroplanes passing by.
The mirror door separating the bathroom and bedside area keeps opening, adding to the inconvenience. The fridge in the room does not work properly. When I called maintenance, I was told it is a “minibar fridge” and does not get cold. Two days later, the minibar is still warm, and chocolates stored inside have melted, which confirms the issue remains unresolved.
I requested a bigger room, but I am still awaiting a response.
The staff experience has also been below expectations. Many staff members seem untrained or unaware of gluten-free dietary requirements, often needing to ask the chefs. Cleaning staff have repeatedly hinted for tips, which made me uncomfortable.
This hotel is not suitable for insulin-dependent Type 1 diabetics. I required assistance to do a set change and needed insulin stored in the fridge downstairs. The reception staff were unhelpful, and calling staff to retrieve and bring insulin to my room was unnecessarily stressful.
The Wi-Fi/internet connection is poor, making it difficult to work or stay connected.
I am currently on day three of a six-day stay, and I expected a true 5-star service, especially after experiencing excellent standards at properties like the Grand Hyatt. I chose Sea Princess based on recommendations from family and friends who stayed here previously, but sadly, the quality no longer matches those past experiences.
Overall, this stay has been far below what a 5-star hotel should offer, and significant improvements are needed in room maintenance, cleanliness, staff training, and guest support.

It was our first stay in this establishment on recommendation for just one night stay with my family on our way home back to London. We were greeted with warmth and checked in with courtesy. The room that was allocated to us was spacious for the 3 of us and the hotel accommodated the extra bed we had requested. We decided to stay on site for the evening and had dinner at the restaurant. The choice of menu was amazing and to our liking and the catered for our different palates. The breakfast was amazing and check out was smooth. I would definitely book future stays on this hotel. All the staff were professional, courteous and friendly.

We recently hosted a party at Hotel Sea Princess, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The food was delicious, the service was brilliant, and the entire team — from the chef to all the staff members — was incredibly warm and attentive. Everything was handled so smoothly, and our guests truly had a great time. Thank you for making our event so special!

worst hotel does not allow children food in the hotel and not serving hotel food also at 12 pm 3 children were starving and they did not allow food from out side and not ven did they serve any thing just say its hotel policy if its the hotel policy then they are not serving for children also.

please think twist before booking this hotel instead book Novotel they allow all outside food

Had the most wonderful time. The staff are all very professional and pleasant and always willing to help. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast has a variety of options. We would like to commend Nirmala Kolpekar in Reception and Mansoor in the Restaurant for their exceptinal service to make our stay very comfortable and pleasant.

Our stay at Sea Princess Hotel, Juhu (Oct 10 – 12, 2025) was extremely disappointing.
My sister was very unwell and unable to leave the room to eat, so we brought simple, clean food from outside for her. We explained the situation politely to the staff and waited in the lobby for nearly two hours just for approval.

Despite the medical situation, the staff refused to allow the food and behaved with complete lack of empathy or professionalism. When we started recording the incident to keep evidence, one of the staff members became aggressive and even attempted to physically hit my sister.

We were then forced to throw away the food meant for a sick person, which was both shocking and inhumane. No guest should ever be treated this way, especially when requesting something as basic as food for an ill family member.

We also contacted Agoda customer support (on Oct 11 at 11:30 PM) during the incident, but unfortunately received no real help or follow-up.

This experience showed a serious lack of compassion, training, and guest safety standards.

All around great experience. Room was spacious, clean. We are Indian vegetarians and were pleasantly surprised at the breakfast variety (south Indian, north Indian, even some Gujarati food + the usual intercontinental + chai ki tapri highly recommended). Car & driver was arranged well by Ashish & while 1 driver was not that good, other was great and all around good. Beach opposite the hotel wasn't too clean though (oh well, try a short auto ride to Versova beach which is cleaner) but pool is decent. Manager accommodated our late check out request quickly (no extra charge), so a plus for that too. Overall location is good, food was very good, staff (from bell boys to waiters & waitresses) were excellent, manager was also good.

Sea princess is our home away from home, always such great hospitality, beautiful rooms and great atmosphere. Anjali has been nothing but a pleasure & has really looked after us. She makes the whole place even better and is so kind. Simran as well, has been nothing but a delight and have really made us enjoy our time here, so if you ever stay here I’m sure they will make your stay pleasant. It’s a great location and the place we always stay & that will never change! All staff is great and helpful and make you feel at home.
