Le concept appart hotel, est correct pour le prix, mais il y a un manque d'entretien évident!!!

L’appartement est fonctionnel et calme.

Cons:

Manque d’entretien, 2 volets roulants qui ne fonctionnent pas impossible d'ouvrir. On nous a proposé de changer de logement. Le deuxième est confortable, mais impossible d'ouvrir un des volets. Une seule télé qui ne fonctionne pas et pas de télé dans la chambre (du 2eme appartement). Le matin le portail extérieur ne fonctionne pas non plus avec le badge. Pour sortir la voiture, obligé de le déverrouiller manuellement.avec un autre résident qui m'a aidé.

J’ai accessibilité et l’emplacement

Cons:

Pas grand-chose, en fait juste à mon arrivée il manquait le badge pour que je puisse rentrer ça. Par contre c’était un problème d’organisation mais sinon c’était très bien.
