The size of the room
The bathroom needs to be updated: taller toilet, bigger bathtub
Good location always like the breakfast room. Not crazy about Starbucks coffee but there was hot water to thin it with.

Place looks extremely run down and not upkept
Pleasently surprised at the space of the room. Room came with a full kitchen and full sized fridge, bedroom had a seperate door to the living area.
Room was clean minus some stains on the living room furniture.

Very good
We arrived very late after 9 hours of travelling. The check in was quick and very friendly. Got up to our room and it smelled of cigarettes. The builtin fireplace was just fully missing out of the room leaving a giant hole. Went to lock the door and the inside safety latch was completely missing. The door to the adjoining room was unlocked and open. The toilet had a dirty ring in it. The curtains were broken and the black out curtains were not there anymore.
Not very friendly, elevator was broken and so were both ice machines. Asked for bucket of ice and got half.
Room with kitchen was huge. Bathroom very clean. Lots of things didn’t work… pool closed, elevator out of service, hair dryer broken…
Quiet and clean with lovely staff. Only downfall was the pool being closed and our kids were looking forward to that after 12 hours of driving.

Value: lots of room with a suite including kitchenette. Location was 5 min walk from our event. Friendly staff.
Only minor detail was bathtub drained extremely slowly while showering.
An average small town hotel , nothing fancy but does the job when you need a place to rest . Staff were all polite . Some furniture in the room had stains on them but otherwise cleanliness was good. Decent breakfast bar available in the morning . Plugs were not near the beds so had to leave phone across the room to charge
Nice and quiet.
The pool wasn’t open so that was a bummer but the hotel was clean and our room was comfortable. Check in always takes a very long time here
Unfortunately they had a flood before our arrival.
The staff were very friend and went above and beyond.
