Un hotel per famiglie che dovrebbe essere ristrutturato.

Love the outside bar and music! One of our top experiences !!!

Quatre "Towers" desservies par des assenceurs vétustes et parfois en panne, des couloirs tristes et rarement nettoyés, pas de wifi dans les chambres, une seule piscine (belle mais bruyante), pas assez de parasols, mer à plus d'un kilomètre et accesible par navette de l'hotel, pas de parking, etc.

Camera pulita molto panoramica struttura un po datata ma tutto il resto deludente hotel distribuito in 3 torri con ascensori spesso fermi per scarsa manutenzione o perché si bloccano senza motivo ..colazione penosa e un giorno è mancata pure l'acqua!!

Grande chambre familiale, piscine (limite en propreté) avec beaucoup de monde, un barman super sympa, petit déj moyen.

La struttura è molto particolare realizzata su un promontorio che si affaccia sul mare con la piscina a sfioro che sembra un tutt'uno con l'orizzonte si vedono come panorama le isole Eolie.
Personale disponibile ed attento.
Molto gentili sia alla hall che al bar a bordo piscina ed alla sala ristorante.

Come richiesto La stanza era molto pulita in quanto allergici alla polvere.

Si fa un po' di fatica con i parcheggi Perché la struttura è su una strada arrivata che sale su per promontorio ma comunque dalla carreggiata ridotta autovetture apporto della strada.

La camera mpia con una doccia grande e un terrazzino con vista mare.

Personale della struttura molto gentile e disponibile, da migliorare sicuramente la quantità e la qualità dei cibi della colazione; pulizia delle camere sufficiente lo stesso non si può dire delle zone adiacenti ( corridoi , ecc ); parcheggio auto da migliorare; durante il soggiorno si è verificata una momentanea insufficienza di riserva di acqua nei serbatoi. La struttura in generale merita molto ma ci sono un pò di cose da migliorare per essere un 4 stelle.

Room and views fantastic. Location terrible.....half hour climb to the boring town with two restaurants and 2.5 hrs hairy drive from the airport. Main buildings in need of TLC Staff miserable. Food average

Ligegyldig hvad der står på hotel.com, passer det ikke med hvad hotellet yder/har. Yder mere er prisen 100,- € mere end oplyst, for liggestole, parasol og strand-transport. Parkering finder kun på offentlig vej et stykke ned af bjerget. 0,5 L vand koster 1,5€ og er ikke gratis som oplyst. Mad og drikke koster helt vildt meget. All-inklusive er meget begrænset og pænt dyrt.

Noting it was the worst hotel I have ever booked . Do not recommend this property to no one !!!

VERY NICE LOOKING HOTEL BUT REALLY A 5 STAR, MORE OF 3/4 STAR

ROOMS AND DOUBLE BED A GOOD SIZE, WELL EQUIPPED, VERY CLEAN AND NICE SMALL TERRACE FACING SEA. OUTSIDE TERRACE WAS NOT LAID OUT OR PREPARED FOR SITTING IN MIDDAY SUN

WE ONLY WENT BB, BREAKFAST WAS POOR, NOT A HUGE CHOICE, FRUIT WAS NOT FRESH, WHICH IS SHAME OF WHERE IT IS!!COFFEE WAS SERVED FROM A SELF-SERVICE DISPENSER AND NOT SERVED FRESH! - NOT IS EXPECTED FROM A 5 STAR REATED HOTEL

We booked this hotel as we needed to stay in Gioiosa to attend a Holy Communion and was near to where our friends lived. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, even arranging transport for us to get to the church on the Sunday. Our room was a great size and very clean and the balcony sea view, perfecto. The best thing had to be the infinity pool area, which had stunning views. We can't wait to go back.

Desk women were rude and irritating. The dinner buffet was terrible.
