Amazing stay, highly recommend!
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and highly recommend it. It was absolutely spotless and room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and bathrobes. The room was incredibly spacious considering it’s in Tokyo (larger than most hotels in UK/Europe). Fridge freezer also included, along with hangers for clothes which many hotels don’t have. Location is excellent - 2 minute walk from cafes, 7-Eleven & train station (not the main Shinjuku station). If we re-visit Tokyo again we will definitely re-book this hotel. Thank you!

Privates Onsen
Pros:

Man hat ein persönliches Onsen im Zimmer, das war herrlich. Super Ausgestattet mit Kosmetik.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist Minikleid und wir haben direkt auf eine Wand des Nachbargebäude geschaut, sprich fast kein Lichteinfall. Das Personal erledigt ihre Arbeit gut, ist aber nicht sehr freundlich.

Pros:

Location is close to Shinjuku garden, subway station and convenience store

Cons:

No english speaking staff, rooms were given in building few mtrs away from main hotel...drag ur luggage on own, tiny elevator for large luggage.

만족스러운 숙소
Pros:

위치는 신주쿠역에서 15분~20분 걸어서 갈 만한 거리였습니다. 신주쿠교엔마에 역은 3분 거리에 있어서 자주 이용했고, 근처에 편의점이 많아서 좋았습니다.
숙소 체크인할때도 친절히 도와주셨고, 시설도 좋았습니다. 트리풀룸을 사용했는데 방 크기는 4명 가족이 묵기에 적당했습니다.
화장실 넓고 욕조가 있어서 피로 풀기에 아주 좋았어요.

Cons:

침구가 살짝 오래된 느낌이긴 했는데 불만스럽진 않았습니다. 창문을 열 수 없어서 환풍기를 계속 틀어놓았는데, 환풍기 소리가 약간 컸어요.

Easy walking access to the trains & breakfast places.

Cons:

The single bed was very hard and they only provided one flat pillow per person. However, the next day we asked for more pillows, and it was no problem at all.
