We enjoyed our stay. I like the larger room size & their breakfast.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

Their coffee was well stocked & put out fresh as soon as it was empty, but I was not a fan of this bold, strong coffee.

Clean, affordable and comfortable.
Pros:

It was very clean and well kept.

Cons:

They did not have the sofa bed made up for our group of 6. They did have most of the materials in the room but would be better if it was neatly made up. It did feel like the mattress needed rotated and sunk to the side of the nightstand.

It was clean and well maintained, one of the elevators was down at the time but the other elevators worked fine. The rooms were very clean and housekeeping service was great.

Cons:

One night there was a very large party of people using the cafeteria area for a personal event, it felt very crowded.

Excelente hotel
Pros:

El desayuno nunca decepciona tienen variedad, todo deliciosos y fresco, la cafetera siempre esa limpia y el personal atento a cualquier requerimiento.
La habitación limpia ordenada amplia y cómoda
El parqueadero es seguro y grande
La ubicación es estratégica si quieres conocer diferentes lugares son 20 minutos en auto a New london, Groton o mystic,
El Edificio es libre de humo
La posiciona estaba limpia

La piscina me parece que tiene mucho cloro pero estaba limpia, por una tormenta eléctrica se fue la luz en el hotel por una hora el personal fue proactivo, lo único que puedo decir es que la escaleras de evacuación no tenían luces de emergencia para poder bajar y no funcionó la planta del hotel pero son cosas de la naturaleza que no se pueden controlar

Lovely place, friendly staff, would stay again
Pros:

Right away staff was amazing. I believe our front desk attendants name was Kat, she was extremely friendly and helpful. Property was clean, comfortable and quiet. Would definitely recommend and would stay again

Cons:

Breakfast would be my only critique. Was just okay. There’s room for improvement there

Pros:

The comfortable beds/pillows/size of the room and the free breakfast. The great showerhead. Check-in and checkout were great. No noise issues and appreciate shades of choice of room darkening or light. Towels etc were generous.

Cons:

The bathroom is tpretty small with sink outside of it.

Pros:

Room was decent, tho the bathroom definitely needed help. Peeling paint along the ceiling, was not pleasant looking.

Cons:

The front desk staff when we checked in, a gentleman, was the most condescending and rude front desk staff I’ve dealt with in quite awhile. BOTH at check in and when I had to follow up for towels by the pool (since there were none) he was not helpful, nor pleasant. The breakfast was ridiculous- no food left by 10 AM, scraps left on the table.

Location great to casino , and I enjoyed the long pool hours ! Room was clean and comfortable!

It’s wasn’t that clean had to changed rooms because the air conditioning wasn’t working. Then it was a black out lights didn’t come back on till 45 mins later.

Excellent staff and facility was beautiful!
Pros:

The property was beyond my expectations! I really wish I was staying longer. The staff was amazing the breakfast was a delight the room was exceptional very spacious and was so clean and cool especially in this heat I absolutely loved it. For a one night stay I truly loved how comfortable I was.

Nothing I have no complaints.
