Decent Hotel Not Far From Mohegan.
Pros:

Me and my husband came for my birthday for one night. We arrived at 3:56 and check in was at 4. My husband went inside to check in and the medium height man who was balding with glasses assisted him. He said our room wasn't ready because check in wasn't until 4. So my husband said okay so 4 is in 4 minutes will it be ready then? and he said probably not with an attitude. He didn't even tell me husband when it was going to be ready to my husband walked out angry.

I went inside after about 25 minutes and noticed there were several other groups of people also waiting while the line to check in was to the door. I ended up cutting the line from frustration and went up to the man and said I had been here for 40 minutes by this point and were still not in our room and I needed to get ready! He finally gave us a room key but didn't seem to happy.

Overall the room was very large and quiet at night, we had a booked a top floor room, highly recommend.

The shuttle was a nice Mercedes van.

Breakfast looked decent but we did not try it.

Had a great stay and will definitely stay at this hotel again staff was great
Pros:

Hotel Very clean had a bar with sandwiches and a snack area room was really nice and big the bed was so comfortable and the shuttle to casino was great

Cons:

Little pricy but they know you are paying for location which was fantastic

Great location. Comfortable clean bed, quiet room.

Cons:

1 shuttle on an event night was not enough. Mostly clean, but there was mold under the pump heads for the shampoo/body wash/conditioner, and someone else’s hair.

The breakfast was good. Coffee good. Staff helpful and nice. The room was not my favorite.
Cons:

The room was not clean, dusty and hair in table and bed. Also bathroom unconfortable to seat in the toilet. Needs work in the lighting it was roo dark in the room. Staff 10/10

Great experience--can't wait to go back next year.
Pros:

We stayed at the Hyatt because we we're attending a gymnastics meet at Mohegan Sun Casino. It's a great hotel in a convenient location. This is the 3rd year in row that we have stayed here with other families and they have always been courteous and accommodating. We have friends with younger children who have food allergies and we've always been able to obtain a microwave for them. The hotel is always very clean and staff is great. They have a wonderful breakfast with plenty of variety for everyone. Would continue to recommend this hotel for friends and family. The rooms are very well laid out and will easily accommodate 6 people.
