Pros:

The shuttle was very convenient for us to get to mohegan sun and easy drive access to other areas

Cons:

pretty sure our bathroom had black mold on the ceiling.

We would definitely consider going back they’re in the future
Pros:

The room was a great size, and the staff was very friendly. It was so close to the casino, the location couldn’t be better.

Cons:

The breakfast was terrible. The food was OK but there were not a lot of choices. The plates were those very cheap paper plates, and the same thing with the silverware.

Aside from a few mishaps, it is a nice hotel.
Pros:

The rooms were nice. Comfortable bed. Great location. Good breakfast.

Cons:

No where did it say that it was a dog friendly hotel. We were put on the second floor, and an hour later, doors down was a constant barking dog. I went downstairs and was helped by a great employee, I believe her name was something like Erica. She moved us to the 6th floor because I was ready to leave. One elevator was not working, doors coming in were not working. And the AC unit had a bright glowing light.

We didn’t stay once we found out the didn’t reserve the room I paid for and the awful conditions. I’m demanding a refund
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

The room they gave me was NOT what I reserved and paid for two months prior. I reserved 2 beds. They gave me one with one bed. The room had no AC and no phone reception in the room.
Plus they had no trolleys to bring our luggage in and the staff was rude and of no help.
