Perfect for a person without transport in Napier
Pros:

Location perfect and very helpful staff. Lots of interesting history and activities for families on the promenade easy to access.

Good central location and you can purchase onsite secure parking.
Pros:

Great location to explore the art Dec buildings. Great choice of restaurants and coffee places nearby.
Staff were friendly and professional.

Cons:

Unfortunately rooms are not sound proofed that well. You can hear people walking around above you.
Music from the 24/7 gym was annoying.

Pros:

Everything was great, the room was really nice, the highlight was the service from the concierge and staff overall, really went above and beyond for us. Would stay here again.
