Had everything we needed for a couple of nights stay. Very close to everything. Parking was free because it was the week

Pros:

The staff are excellent, and the location is excellent. The rooms are old but the shower and kitchenette have been upfraded. . The loo could do with an upgrade. The bed is very comfortable. The rooms are always spotless. This was the 4th year in a row we have stayed here.

The staff were very friendly, and knowledgeable, communicated excellently and made you feel welcome and invited.

Cons:

The rooms were comfortable and clean, but were dated. Paint, finish, and cleanliness overall made the price feel expensive for what it was, I've spent far less with nicer rooms in more remote "bespoke" areas.

The access to underground parking is not very userfriendly to enter. The reader for the fob is placed at an odd place.

Tidy, clean and central, we'd definitely stay there again.

Location was brilliant and the lady at the counter was friendly and helpful.

Great centrally located high quality stay.
Pros:

Everything. Great room and facilities. We could do laundry there. It was very central for what we were doing and parking was next door. Manager gave us great advice about local food places. We were impressed.

We loved it. A great place with no negatives from us.
