Apartment had everything we needed including a washer and dryer. Perfect location a very friendly people.

Cons:

There were intermittent sounds from the ceiling that were a bit annoying. It may have been because of the air conditioner but not certain what caused it.

Happy vacation Napier
Pros:

The building architect was very impressive. The surrounding location was excellent and close to all the amenities.

Cons:

Weve stayed at several quest hotels over the last few weeks. Quest Napier very different from the others and wasn't as modern but still very quaint.

Can’t fault it - lovely people, lovely stay.
Pros:

Location is perfect. Beautifully clean, tidy, and quiet. Equipped with all the main basics and comfortable furniture including bed. Shower has good pressure on the top floor. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

Minor property details that need mending - with an older building it’s bound to happen.

Didn't meet expectations
Pros:

Bed and pillows were comfortable. We didnt use the kitchen but it was well stocked.

Cons:

Noisy, and dissheveled person in doorway when we arrived. Light came in from street lights and could hear the people in the next room in the night.
Bathroom tiny, my husband didn't fit in the shower!

Pros:

Très bon hôtel à Napier en plein centre mais calme. Chambre très confortable avec une bonne literie. Parking au sous-sol avec accès direct aux chambres par ascenseur

A great stay - highly recommend you do a wine tour and visit the earthquake museum
Pros:

Location was great but parking should be clearer in comms. We parked next door in the council car park as it seemed easier, but it was restricted to 24hrs so we had to move it a couple of times which was a small irritation. If we had been told 'When you arrive go to reception and they will provide entry to the car park, or alternatively you can park for a 24hr period in the adjacent car park which is the same price'.

Cons:

Access with bags would be tricky for elderly or those needing assistance.
